It has a beautiful place to walk and get healthy. Plus, it offers free parking for those who commute to other places. It is well protected and offers a place to have outside activities including bands and weddings.

I stopped to stand on the pier and enjoy the water! Extremely beautiful real nice taste of Louisiana lifestyle my only complaint is it's too close to the highway. It's just way too many cars going by some are loud some are not and made my little kids nervous if there's another spot down the road I would suggest going to that instead of this one however if your kids ain't so jumpy. This is an excellent spot there's no glass bottles and tobacco allowed no alcohol and it's protected by the parish a must see on your way through

I was a vendor for one of the festivals and it was a great experience and opportunity for me to meet great people and make new friends in the community.

Great place for tourist information. Very well done displays and the staff was very helpful.

Our High School uses this location to host several fundraisers yearly. It is well shaded, easily accessible. Great place for a Family picnic. It also Hosts every Saturday a Farmers Market for local Farmers to sell fresh produce. The Lockport Fair is located there yearly offering great rides, Food, and fun for the Family. Not to mention it has a walking track. Last but, not least it has a parking area for local commuters to park that carpool to work. Absolutely a wonderful and accommodating place ❤

The lady who works here is awesome. She knows so much history of the area and can share with you all the great areas to stop and see. A true Cajun, she's proud of her history and makes one feel welcome in her home.

I'm currently building a parking lot canopy for this place, the inside is great, staff very friendly and helpful. These guys know the area better than anyone and aren't afraid to share tips for a crawfish boil or any other type of cooking they know like the back of their hand.

The receptionist was kind and loving to a friend she didn't recognize. There are tables outside and a walking area including restrooms outdoors. Also a place to hold family functions or community events.

It's a great place to walk or jog! It's clean and not too crowded. They also have rest spots if you need it...

Go to the farmers market here on Saturday's. Lots of homemade crafts. Local fruits and vegetables.
