Compass has helped our loved one get through a difficult time in his life and with coming to terms with his mental health. It is a journey but Compass has helped us as a family on how to work through the challenges. You do have to be ready to receive and accept the help for this to work but don’t be afraid to give it a chance and decide to put your mental health first. But when you do decide to get the help, know that a place like this will help you with the support you need whether it’s therapy and/or medication management.

This is the worst place for anyone needing mental health help. They don’t do their jobs right and treat patients with cruelty. They seem to forget why there are patients there needing HELP and not feel like a prisoner just existing with NO proper help! The state needs to check into this facility and go undercover so they can see for themselves what goes on when visitors and inspectors leave. The staff even lies on the charts saying they did their daily work and, in reality, didn’t!! My daughter went in for help for suicidal attempts because of a nervous breakdown from being an overworked single mother of three. She came out in the worst shape😡 I lived out of state and had my daughter on the phone with a loaded gun to her head and finally talked her into checking in. I feel guilty because I thought she was going to get the help she needed till I got there. This facility is a joke and a waste of state money. Mental health is at a high rate now and in much need for many reaching out for help. The suicide rate has been sky-high since the pandemic because some people have difficulty coping with life during and after. The government needs to wake up to this mental health epidemic nationwide!! We are losing more people to suicide than we did with Covid. But nobody is talking about that!!😡

I was there back in March. Director was pretty much useless. Counselors were great. Facility filthy and MHTs pretty much sat around doing nothing.

Wonderful staff. However absolutely no counseling or positive support. Facility absolutely filthy dirty. Do not recommend. Very negative uncomfortable and no help to patients that really need positive support and counseling.
