Just had the best customer service in awhile! I don't know the lady's name but I didn't have to do anything ! She helped me pick out my new phone and answered any questions I had. NO BS! I will be going back to this store no doubt!!! She was so fast and efficient!! I was in and out within like 20 minutes!

I have always had great interactions with the customer service representatives at this store. The last time I was in, Courtney was fantastic, even after a small mishap, she was able to get the issue fixed and kept me in a good mood the whole time. She set me up with a new phone after I shattered Old Faithful, and I really love this new one. She even talked me into buying a tablet for my little one, which I absolutely don't regret. Props to her. Thank you, Courtney.

I went in yesterday to upgrade my phone that I bought there three years ago. After I told the young lady what I was looking for she already had it narrowed down to two phones. She explained the difference between the two and I was able to get the one I wanted very quickly. I'll definitely be back for my next phone.

The young man by the name of Ian was very professional, helpful, respectful and friendly representative who successfully help me. Metro by T Mobile needs to promote him as manager for the great job. They are blessed to have someone like him working for them.

This place is awesome. Mcayla, Kelly, Zuly, are Cash as soooo freaking helpful. Everytime I come in there is a dope playlist playing!!!

I have learned to just pay them to transfer my phone numbers when needed instead of trying to do it myself or calling customer service. In and out in less than 20 minutes.

I'm terrible with technology (especially phones) and the staff was incredibly helpful with getting me the phone that fits me best, not just selling me the most expensive one. Not to mention they were beyond pleasant. I even found myself standing around just talking after I had finally settled on one. This will definitely be future phone dealer

I visited the Loganville store on two different occasions. My concerns were met by a team member named Dameon. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services. He resolved my concerns quickly. In a matter of minutes. It would have been sooner if only I could remember my password to Google. Dameon showed patience with me as i was frustrated with the damage I had occurred to my phone.
My experience was GREAT on each visit. I especially like that Dameon saw me in the parking lot and advised the other staff that when I came in to notify him to assist me since he had helped me previously I did little explaining as to what I needed. Problem solved for me, but as for Dameon, he knew exactly what to do. THANK YOU DAMEON in Loganville for your excellent customer service skills.

Great Friendly People and Great Customer Service

This store has Wonderful customer service. I bought a phone today and Kelly was the one who answered my questions. Told me everything there is to know about the phone and which phone it's mostly like in comparison to other phones. I love this store and their people

You got to go in here and see Miss Kelly and the rest of that but this is the store again is is really great I mean it makes you feel like a friend when you come in and Miss Kelly is great she can do anything

Very friendly, acknowledge when you walked in an kept having conversation while in line. Good atmosphere. Recommend metro pcs to anyone for the simple fact best deal going an best phones.
