I have used Ralph's Body Shop twice and the most recent experience was as outstanding as the first. After getting hit by inattentive drivers twice in the last three years, I wanted to make sure that I would not be subjected to even more stress with a poorly completed repair. I had consulted with Derek in the past and was impressed with his honesty and high standards. Ralph's uses the highest quality materials and produces amazing results. I have so much respect for Derek and his team. In fact, when I was dropped off by the rental car company to pick up my vehicle, I went straight into the office to make payment arrangements without even taking a look at what was done even though my car was sitting right outside. I realized later that this is the implicit trust that I have in Derek and his team. Of course, when I got home, I took a look at the repair work and it was as I had expected: showroom quality work that was absolutely flawless.
Whether the repair is out of your pocket or the other party's insurance company, just know that your vehicle is in the best hands at Ralph's. I am not big on social media but felt compelled to post this because Ralph's Body Shop is truly an exceptional business that deserves a 5-star review. A huge 'thank you' goes to Derek and his team as well as a 'congratulations'. These gentlemen know how to achieve perfection and they accomplish it consistently with the highest integrity!

I had an altercation with a yellow pole that left not only unwanted yellow racing strips but major damage to rear passenger door and moderate damage to front passenger door. In looking for a body shop to repair, I noted that Ralph's had excellent reviews and I can attest they are all true. Not only was Derek very helpful and professional, he was able to complete the work a day early. The car looks just like new. I highly recommend Ralph's Body Shop. Hopefully I won't need Derek again, but if I do, Ralph's is where my car is going!

I had a great experience with Ralph's. Derek kept me updated on the repairs and when I went to pick up my Subaru. It looked almost like new and it is 3 years old. He did a great job.

I worked with Derek to get an estimate for my repair. After reviewing the insurance estimate, he created his own very quickly, and assured me it would be lower than the insurance estimated cost. It took only a few days to get my parts, paint them, a half-day to install, AND saved me about $500! I highly recommend this fast, friendly and fair business for any auto body concerns!! A+

Dropped my car off on a Monday. Had to get the front bumper and driver side fender replaced. Had it back the next day and the work was outstanding. Couldn’t have asked for a better job on my car. Highly recommend Derek!

Very professional and straightforward. Completed work in a half a day that normally would probably have taken several days. Workmanship is top notch. Also popped out a small rear bumper dent as a favor. Highly recommend!

Confirmed all the good reviews I read on Angies List. These guys were quick, honest, thorough, and did great work. They also offer a lifetime warranty on their work, and given how well everything went, I believe they'll honor it.
