Cruise Planners - Two by Two Travel

Pat was such a big help planning our cruise last summer to the Caribbean we turned to him to help us plan our Alaskan cruise with my parents this year. Everything went seamlessly and he always answers my questions in a helpful way and timely manner.

When booking our honeymoon, Pat was such a blessing to have as a travel agent. His vast travel knowledge, brainstorming/research skills and consideration of your budget really made for the most successful experience. The pandemic has not been easy with the continuous changes in travel restrictions, but Pat was always updating us with the latest news. His ability to keep us calm and informed really made the booking as well as the traveling experience that much more pleasant. Lastly, traveling home to the U.S., I unfortunately had some luggage issues that needed claim paperwork done. I contacted Pat and he immediately responded and took care of the entire claim process!

Pat planned a fantastic trip for us to Iceland. We hiked the glaciers, saw the Northern Lights, and explored a lava cave. Pat was very communicative and made sure our trip went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Pat booked my family the perfect trip! He was able to get my family joint rooms in the location we wanted. Everything from pre check in, onboarding, dinner reservations, etc was perfect and smooth. Pat even sent us a bottle of champagne to kick off our trip. Highly recommend using Pat to plan your next vacation!

Pat has planned two trips for us and both were flawlessly handled! He is so knowledgeable and efficient, making sure we get the best deal AND watches for fare drops so we can get refunded if the price drops after we book!

Update Jul-22 - Thanks Pat for assisting with our flight delays, we were able to complete our baltic cruise without a hitch! Had a perfect trip.

Update Aug-22 - Another great trip completed thanks to Pat. He made many phone calls for us regarding our tight connection in Frankfurt which had been arranged by Viking. We couldn't believe the attention we got allowing us to be met coming off the plane and taken directly to the next gate within 15 minutes. We had over an hour at the gate for the connecting flight. Wow!

Pat was so wonderful in organizing me a beautiful and relaxing vacation in the Maldives. He totally was able to find what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure everything was to my specifications as well as making the resort aware of certain food allergies. Would absolutely ask for Two by Two to organize trips for me again!

Two by Two planned my honeymoon down to the nitty gritty details!! So thankful for them and all their hard work. From flights to car rentals, resorts to excursions, they took my preferences and planned everything!! All I had to do was show up and be relaxed with my new hubby! Pat has all the best recommendations too, since he personally scopes out the areas he reccomends! And when the airline abruptly Canceled our flight on my wedding night PAT STAYED UP UNTIL 2AM to get us a new flight for that morning. Beyond 5 out 5!

Pat helped with selecting the perfect cruise for us, got us the rooms we wanted, and answered every question I had with a great attitude. The cruise was originally scheduled for 2020 prior to COVID. We finally took the cruise in 2022. He was there through out the years to help us book and re-book. Great guy to work with!! Will be booking the next cruise through him!

Our travel is not until 2022, but the timing of responses and quality of service through the process of making the arrangements has been top notch! Pat put together a college graduation celebration trip for our daughter and 3 friends. They went to St Pete Beach Sirata and had a blast! Pat did a great job picking out something 21-year-olds would enjoy and was great about communicating any updates leading up to the trip. He's also planning my 50th trip! Would highly recommend him for your travel planning!

Pat has booked 2 cruises for our large group , gotten us great deals and took care of everything. After booking a cruise on Royal Carribean for 12 people, we got a notice that they were taking our ship out for maintenance during our week. Pat and Candy got ALL of us immediately on a sister ship, same week WITH extra perks for our inconvenience. Trips are so much easier with a travel agent .
