The staff is always helpful.

It's a government office. I'm not sure even why I can give a rating.. but they did their job and it was pretty quick in and out. Just a bit inconvenient to get there.

They NEVER answer the phone. Ive called back to back many times & never get an answer.

Do not call this place if you need assistance getting your high school transcript. I explained my situation and told her I needed it as soon as possible or I’m at risk of losing my financial aide. The woman I talked to today basically told me it’s not her problem and to fill out the request form. She told me that they don’t send transcripts electronically and it’s only through mail. Overall, she was extremely rude and dry. You can tell she doesn’t want to work with previous students of MCPS that needs assistance. She seemed like she was just there for a paycheck. If you don’t want to help students, get out of the education field. We can feel your misery on the phone, retire or better yet find a new job that does not deal with consumer service. If you need ACTUAL help call the college you are enrolled in or call the department of education. Do not bother with the miserable, rude, employees working here. You’re wasting your time.

Today is May 21,2021 at 9:48am called MCPS Central records office to find out the office is closed. I stayed on the phone for last 20 minutes called them back and forth no one answered the phone at all. I browsed on google, it displayed its open but, no one answering the phone! Wow 😳
