We breed Great Pyrenees as working dogs for local farms and families and Dr. Laura and her crew at GVAH have always taken excellent care of our pack. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the role she plays in our community. Despite heading a busy vetrinary practice, she somehow manages to find time to visit local schools and give Cub and Girl Scout groups tours of her facility.

GVAH has ben our vets for decades and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The staff is friendly courteous and caring. You can tell they truly love the animals. Of the Vets I have seen 95% I would be happy to have care for my pets. (only one was over the top with off the wall recommendations). Understanding that my animals are farm dogs and cats is very key to me and for the most part that is taken into consideration. We would highly recommend GVAH to any pet owner.

We have been visiting GVAH for years and have always been pleased with the doctors and staff. We adopt and rescue and a vet that understands giving the best life to what is left for the animal is the most important. It's not about us and our comfort, but what is best for the pet. However, GVAH staff and docs are patient with us and hear our concerns and help us to decide the best path.

Very good place. Been going for years and they really care about my dog. They also listen.

My dog is old and has issues. But when an x-ray was suggested, but I felt there was no need to stress my dog and that any new info wouldn't change how we are treating her, Dr Z. had no issues not doing it.

We have recommended this animal hospital in the past and will do so going forward.

I moved to the area less than a year ago, and my step-dad suggested I take my dog here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional and friendly. The doctor and nurses walked me through everything they were doing, and answered any and all questions I had. They didn’t push anything unnecessary, and they walked me through my options and helped me pick the best care suited for my dog. My dog has separation anxiety and doesn’t do too well around new people but he instantly loved everyone here!

I LOVED my previous vet, so the bar was set pretty high - Green Valley exceeded my hopes and expectations. I can not recommend this clinic highly enough. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been warm, pleasant and downright fantastic. They all clearly have a passion for what they do, and I’m happy to trust them with my dog’s care!

EDIT TO ADD: I CONTINUE to be impressed with GVAH vets and staff. 2020 COVID precautions and shut downs have causes so much stress. They continue to provide TOP NOTCH service at extremely reasonable costs. The vets are knowledgeable and the staff is friendly and helpful. I am so glad to have found this clinic for my pets care

The doctors and team members are super knowledgeable and helpful. It's relatively easy to get in for general issues and there are reasonable scheduling timelines for surgeries (spaying in our case).

This practice is the best around. Great staff! Highly recommend them and their boarding services.

Always go the extra mile to ensure that they get to the bottom of any problem my pet has had. I rescued a very sick kitten, they helped us through some rough times and now 6yrs later he is a very healthy & happy cat, full of personality and a joy for my whole family.
