We normally go to a drive-in theater, but when we do go to a regular theater, this is always our go-to. We absolutely love the location and the variety of movies. With having 2 smaller children, the arcade they have is definitely a plus. Our children also enjoy the kids' combo and slushy. Definitely check them out during the summer time, they do free movies for the kids.

One of the best theaters if been to has all the good and new movies and has surround sound which is wild and there are tons of seats

First time visiting this movie theatre. I was a little worried that it was going to be outdated and gross, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and it was like a time capsule back to my youth from the carpet to the ceiling, it really brought back great memories of the times when movie theaters were fun and worth going to. I would definitely go here again if I’m in the area.

This movie theater is a great place to go to see movies. The staff is very friendly, the theater is clean, and the movie watching experience is great. The staff is willing to help out customers and do whatever they can to make it the best experience possible. I enjoy going here to watch movies. Overall, this is a great movie theater!

Just bought gift certificate for a birthday the manager was very nice it wasn't open yet and he still let me buy the gift certificates

I really liked this place. Went and saw The Flash last night. This was the only theater in the immediate area showing late shows.

Very charming looking theater. I assumed it was older than it was. One of the employees said it had been around since 2007.

Very friendly staff as well. I don’t live in the area anymore but when I come back to visit family I will most likely go back

Nice home town cinema in downtown Morganton, NC. This was our first time here and we enjoyed our visit.

The wife, daughter and I went to see guardians of the Galaxy vol 3 and had a great experience. Wasn't crowded, seats were nice and comfortable, popcorn and drinks or both good. Around 50 bucks for the three of us for everything.

FANTASTIC popcorn

Very few choices of movie theaters in Morganton, but this one has a pretty good selection of popular films. It is not crowded. It is comfortable. The concession stand is good with most of the usual and expected choices.

The chairs are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The movies are current and the staff is friendly- don't hesitate to go.

I live in a small town about half an hour away. The only theater we have locally only has showings on weekends. Given that the wife and I are usually working weekends, if we want to see a movie this place is the most convenient.

Along with that convenience the Marquee has clean theaters, comfy seats with the option to lift the arm for cuddles with the wifey.

Expensive concessions but that's where the theater makes most it's money so I can't really hold it against them. Also they do give multiple refills on popcorn and soft drinks.

Been to this Marquee dozens of times with the wife and friends and not a single bad experience to show for it. Even had one incident where I had purchased two extra tickets for friends that ended up not showing and not 10 minutes to showtime, the manager not only understood but immediately refunded the two tickets without a moments hesitation. Will no doubt return many more times in the future.

No reserved seating, but that makes it feel like a more nostalgic experience. Seats aren’t recliners which is great. This is a very nostalgic feeling movie theater and I loved the experience, very crowded and great! Will definitely be back!

Pretty fast service, even on the busy nights when I want to just grab a drink and some popcorn and go see my movie. The staff, especially the manager, always greet me after and ask how I enjoyed the movie and offer an exchange in thoughts and opinions on what I viewed. The consessions are always great, the soda just right and not flat or over carbonated, the popcorn has that perfect "movie theater" popcorn texture. The snacks have never tasted old and the nachos and cheese are a dream.

So the movie was ok but thats not the reason for the 5 stars, Being a local theater me and my girlfriend had thought that it was going to be packed, since it was a more recent movie. but come to our surprise we were the only ones in our theater and the snacks that we got weren't so overwhelming expensive that it took away the enjoyment of the movie. yes the seats were a little dated, but it was still a wonderful experience being just a couple minutes from where we live for a deal

The staff they had working last night could have been the staff at the Grand Bohemian in Asheville. The actually slightly bowed when giving you directions and acknowledging your presence. They stood at attention while waiting for you to arrive. I’m not sure if they practice this or even know they are doing it. It’s almost like they are doing a customer service role play game. With all the horrible customer service I’ve received, it thought it best to acknowledge outstanding customer service.

Now please get less flimsy plates for the food.

Loved the experience of making memories with my grandchildren only wish it was more cost effective..$69.for myself I am senior ticket and 3 children...its limited on my budget. ...but wow had a great time Clifford the Big Red Dog
