Amazing market with fresh produce and local organic foods! My kind of heaven! The cafe serves up delicious sandwiches too!

Yeah this place is amazing and we are beyond blessed to have a locally owned store such as this in this area!

The butcher always recognizes us and says hello, tons of local produce, the craft beer procurement is top notch and the deli is delicious!

Also, it’s fantastic to have a place that answers the phone with a real person in 2023. I am so grateful for this grocery store!!

Did I mention they have a long wall of loose leaf herbs, tea and spices? So good!

This store has an excellent selection of healthy foods, drinks, and other necessities. Everything I've tried from the deli has been delicious and the quality is consistently good. I drive out of my way to go here at least once a week because food quality is very important to me and this is by far the best option in the area.

So glad we have this organic/natural grocery. You can find all your staples for the week, and a lot of unique finds. One of my favorite things is the deli sandwich of the day. The “ring of fire” sandwhich is legendary.

Stopped in for some simple snacks as I was traveling from out of the area. Extremely clean and very polite staff. Excellent selections. I would definitely like a place like this around home.

A great small town health food store. Has brewed self serve coffee, prepared food, a meat counter, bulk nuts/grains, and health and beauty products in addition to the normal food items you would find at a grocer. Also has a good size alcohol section. We bought some cold brew coffee and the cashier was very nice and welcoming. Very clean store and will definitely go back if we are in the area!

Friendly, helpful staff with wide variety of products. Layout is easy to navigate. Healthy grab and go options, fresh meats, beer & wine, bulk selection and a full grocery line from everyday kitchen needs & specialty items.

Very impressive selection of healthy options. I love shopping here every few months, as it is a long drive for me. I always stock up on non-perishable goods but can’t help to try new things when I go.

I've really been enjoying eating the roasted vegetable wrap at Food Matters. Also, I'm finding some unique foods I just can't get anywhere else - especially for the vegetarian diet. Really nice to have these folks in our area!

This is a great place to shop for organic groceries. I get my spaghetti and penne noodles here. They are delicious. They also have delicious cake slices that my family likes getting sometimes after shopping. Overall, this is a great place to shop for organic foods!

I haven't eaten any of their food but it looks good. But I love this store. They have a good variety of herbs for my teas.

We love this place it never disappoints for awesome organic herbs produce meat Etc. They also take EBT which is a plus. The best MILK, you will try! It's 100% glass fed no antibodies or other unknown ingredients. Plus they have an amazing Deli that opens up very early and they make classic sandwiches from roast beef on rye or anything you could imagine and it's also healthy!!

Great place produce is the best in town. Did not eat here.

We LOVE this place!! From the fresh meats, the fresh produce, the great selection of allergy friendly foods, homeopathic items, beer/wine selection & their easy to grab fresh meals. We've never been disappointed! I can't tell you how many times I haven't felt like cooking & would send my husband up the road to grab a fresh salad! The kids are always excited about the salads too, which is great. The staff there is always super warm & friendly!

We stopped in to grab lunch after camping in Pisgah Nat'l Forest and hiking table rock in the morning. The deli sandwiches were great! They had gluten free and dairy free options available. We grabbed some snacks for the rest of the drive home as well. Very clean and well stocked, and the staff was extremely friendly. Everything we had was top quality. Will absolutely be back.

This place has everything I need! So glad I found it. The best quality organic food, chips, bread, Frozen fruit, fresh fruit and vegetables, they carry my special vegan mayonnaise, Raw cacao, my shampoos and conditioners! I can't name it all but I just end up spending a lot of money every time I go in there because I find more than I need!

I have been shopping at Food Matters in Morganton for about a year and a half and just feel really thankful this store is here. Their fish and meats are the best you can get in this area and they can sometimes be at very reasonable prices. Better prices than the larger stores in a lot of cases. Everything is really good. The hand made sandwiches at the deli are great too. Wine selection and pricing is excellent. They also have a great beer and cider selection. Highly recommend this grocery store.
