Couldn't have asked for kinder more helpful folks today. Ethan in the pharmacy went that extra mile you only hear about. In and out, quick and easy, very friendly and competent service.

I have been using CVS Pharmacy for over 10 years, I LOVE this location!(green st in Morganton) Specifically Chris, he is my pharmacist for a long time. Chris has ALWAYS taken the time to explain new medications, he has actually come to the window(drive through) to explain a new medication he felt we needed to know more about, who does that? Chris does! More of the medical industry need to follow HIS own protocol. He is simply the BEST! Thank you CVS for having this man as part of your team....He is kind, fair and SMART! When I have a question, Chris never hesitates to take whatever time I need to ease my mind. Just love Chris! The BEST of the BEST! I wish all medical people were just like him! Thank you Chris for always being there for myself and my family! xxxooo

One of the cleanest,fastest, and most professional CVS I have ever been in! The new younger cashier working there done a great job! I think her name was Ash something, she needs a raise or a bonus! She was so patient with me after I had to do a return with a ton of coupons when I decided I didn't want all my stuff I brought to the cash register. I had been using Walgreens but I think I will come back to CVS now! Just wanted to share my great experience with this young lady. To many people are hateful now days!

This is the busiest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The employees work their tails off and always have an awesome attitude. Today I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Mack. While waiting to pick up a prescription for my baby I observed him helping other employees and customers always with a friendly attitude and demeanor. The customer service I received from him was phenomenal. I was so impressed that the first thing I did when I left the store was write a review. Mack is proof that you can show love and compassion in everything that you do.

I love this cvs! They really work with u to get u the lowest price possible on ur prescription. The people there are very friendly. I've been going to this cvs for 15 years now and I don't see myself ever leaving.

Transferred new Rx from Walgreens to CVS. Everything was smooth. Young man with beard in pharmacy..the tech on duty..I think his name is Gavin. Now that guy is going places. Great demeanor. Fantastic customer service skills... explained everything and went above n beyond for me. Five stars!

I would rather go to cvs pharmacy over Walmart's anyday. They are always professional and expedient, well outside of the drive thru.

Always nice and very helpful, they can be busy at times but always nice to each one and caring to explain new meds , are if you have any questions about your meds.
