Mi Carreta

This is a must.try place! They stay busy. That's a good sign. The food was delicious! They have an enormous menu that has something for everyone. We had a great time and were seated in our own private room with a group of ten. We did not have to wait. Food was served promptly. We will be returning.

Very busy, but still provided great service!! Food was awesome and portions were large. They have a white sauce for the chips and it is delicious!!

This place is AMAZING!!! By far the absolute BEST MEXICAN FOOD I have ever eaten!!! Wonderful service, great atmosphere, amazing food-everytime!!! I eat here at least once a week!!!!

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. No wait time to be seated. Nice looking restaurant. They bring a large bowl of chips and salsa. I liked the chips, the salsa was good but very mild so I had to add some of the hot sauce to give it a little kick. Food was pretty good. The wait staff was good and really trying hard to provide good service. They had a good lunch special menu and made a cheap bill at the end. Good experience overall.

Another visit to Mi Carreta, tried a couple of meals to share and was very happy with the food. Best part of this place is you can order a 32oz beer which makes less trips for the waiters! 😆 great place for friends or family. Enjoy.

Refried beans are fresh, not canned.
Menu is full of traditional Mexican cuisine including items not usually found in most Mexican restaurants!
We've lived in the area since late 2019 and have been wanting to try this place. We should have visited sooner!
Quaint, cantina atmosphere when you walk through the door.
Staff is attentive but their English is a bit rough. Takes a moment to clearly communicate.

Went to mi carreta for lunch. Service was fast and efficient. I asked the to go server for a recommendation and was very pleasantly surprised. First of all I like a server who has the confidence to make some recommendations after asking a few questions on preferences. For me that is a perfect way to get a 20% + tip. Even if I don't like the reccomdation you get the tip for confidence in your choice. In this case the server hit the nail on the head. The flavor was excellent and right in line with food that I prefer. I will definitely go back here again

First time eating hear the service and food was great I ordered texas fajitas for 2 and shared with my girlfriend. We took half of it home with us. The chips and salsa before the meal was great 10/10 will be going back

I've never been anything less than extremely happy with the food here. The tortillas are never stale or soggy, the food is always hot when it's meant to be and cold when it's supposed to. Surprisingly swift service without sacrificing quality.

Have been eating at Mi Carreta for years! It's my families to go Mexican restuarant in Lenoir area. Service is always excellent, so is the food! Never let down or hungry when I leave

The food at this place is amazing everytime we go. And the frozen margaritas are fantastic. Plus the hospitality of the staff is always so wonderful. It keeps us coming back. 💕😘

Enjoyed the meals and atmosphere. Excellent Mexican restaurant in Lenoir, NC. I felt the food was authentic and had various choices. They were offering large gatherings such as birthday parties, team building, office lunch/dinner etc. Better reserve early.

We really like this place! There food is very good and the atmosphere is notches above the typical Mexican restaurant. They actually messed up our order this time, But they made everything right by bringing a double order of scallops and adjusting our bill.
