Emily Barrier of Everett Chevrolet was absolutely wonderful to work with. She took great care of us with the purchase of our 11 year old 2013 Grand Sport Corvette convertible. We live 750 miles away so we flew into Charlotte NC of which she had senior John pick us up at the airport. Buying a car this way is naturally uncomfortable given that we had only pictures to review at home, but the car did not disappoint. Everything went smooth as silk. Had my car inspected the other day. And the man was very nice about coming to me and getting my car to have it inspected. I was out looking at cars and a nice man asked me if I wanted to checkout any certain ones. Not I told him but I told him probably later. They have always been good to me and huge reason my cars intact. And the place in hickory NC told me about my car needing to be serviced soon and promptly set an appointment for it over there. They are always on the job.

This was the easiest, most enjoyable truck buying experience I have ever had in my entire life! Smart and friendly staff made the process quick and easy. Great service! While traveling on vacation my warning light came on indicating low air pressure in my tire. I stumbled upon this dealership and stopped in to see if they could help. They said they could get me in relatively quick to diagnose the problem and would call me when they were done. So we walked to a nearby restaurant for lunch. They called me just as we were finishing at the restaurant and said the car was ready. They could have told me anything. They could have tried to sell me a new tire or new rim or worse. But they said it was a simple fix and they had already taken care of it. They charged me less than the cost of our lunch! I was a happy man!

Anyone living near this place should be grateful to have such a good and honest dealership close by.

I had been looking for a used Toyota Truck and was fortunate enough to find one on your Internet page. I sent a message and was contacted immediately by your awesome salesman Travis Lawing. Travis was awesome from the start in that he stayed in contact with me as I made arrangements to travel from Southwest Virginia to the dealership in Morganton NC. He sent me an email to start the finance paperwork so upon our arrival the truck was ready for my test drive and he met me at the door with the keys in hand. My wife and I drove the truck and it was exactly what I had been looking for. We returned to the dealership to begin paperwork so I wouldn't have to make 2 trips to NC to purchase this truck. Within an hour we were signing all the paperwork and I left there driving my new used truck home the same evening. Travis was awesome though the entire process and he was straight forward with me from the start. I bought a slightly used 2021 Nissan Rogue, and the process was easy and painless. I shopped online and was able to get a much nicer car than what I thought my budget allowed. When circumstances made it difficult for me to travel to Morganton, my new car was delivered to me and my trade taken back to the dealership by our super helpful salesman, Tucker. I was able to work out the details over the phone without the usual hassle of buying a car. When the need arises, I would definitely consider this dealership again!

Personnel are friendly and get my vehicle in and out in reasonable amount of time with service performed in professional manner. No issues have surfaced in the 4 years my vehicle has been serviced by Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC.
