Madi was the kindest most sincere person I’ve meet. She was very friendly and helpful during checkout. Her personality made my day a little better after being frustrated about a repair today. I wish every employee was as nice as her

A very well-organized Lowe's. I've been in some that are very chaotic, but considering the store's small size, it's a very nice one. I frequently shop here.

Stop by the store to pick up a few things I needed they had everything prices were good as usual I would expect nothing better from Lowe's the top notch store.

I go there a lot! Always friendly and helpful. They carry 95% of what I'm looking for. The other 5% are mostly specialty items that only plumbing suppliers would carry.

Your sales associate Paula was a godsend. My friend is having some hardships with her house and also health problems. She was so helpful and donated our purchase for my friend. It was so nice I had tears because of her kindness. Thanks Paula and Lowes for making my day. So nice that people willing to help.

This is my favorite store to visit, and my favorite location of said store. They're always so organized. The employees have always been helpful when needed, plus you can bring your leashed pet inside! The garden section is always full of color and healthy plants.

I found the most perfect size tote box, but unfortunately there were no lid available. I asked for help and you would have thought there was a lost child. No less than 6 associates made it their mission to find the lids, which they did. So happy. Thank you.

I went to the Lenoir Lowe's today and was helped by a nice employee who advice saved me money and headaches. I tried calling the store to thank him, but kept getting hung up on. I don't know his name... But he assisted me in tools. Medium height with a mustache. Thanks sir... Hot water heater back up and running.

I had to pick up my lumber to put on my trailer and i can't tell how much helpall these employees gave me. First of all Ashley Goble went out of her way to please me with a board she had to protect my lumber from slipping out. Mark Smith was very kind and able to help with Ashley. Came in unsure of what I needed for my pressure washer/water tank setup and Robert in plumbing came over and got me on the right track, knew everything I needed and I appreciate it much. Would also like to thank Joni at customer service for her patience and professionalism while making an exchange.

Sarah in the millwork department was so helpful. Only five days in the job, she took us right to the shutters we needed!

Kenlaugh Lewis helped me with ordering my new blinds, she explained the product qualities and cost on different brands in detail so my decision was exactly what I needed and wanted. Very knowledgeable and helpful and has stayed in touch. Great employee!

I had needed a new washer and dryer for months so I looked around several places in Lenoir and Lowe's seemed to have the best selection and prices. On 7-29-2022, I came in shortly after noon. I spent 30 minutes looking at and comparing the machines they had displayed. When I found the set that I hoped to purchase, it took another 30 minutes to get assistance, this was because another customer was in front of me and it took 15 mintes for the lady to come back to appliances to help them,.then assisting them took another 15 minutes. The female associate was pleasant and friendly. The machines I wanted were not in stock in Lenoir but I was able to find out thru the associates help that the Morganton store had several in stock. Great customer assistance is available at this store, but due to staff shortages- you may have to wait. Would recommend despite the wait times and low inventory. Lenoir needs a other appliance provider.

I needed help finding items to remodel my bathroom with. The sweetest young lady, named Nicole, helped me find everything and she didn’t even work in that department! She took her time and went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate that! It’s hard to find good help these days, I’d say Lowes found a jewel!

They was very nice and had plenty of help. Finding plumbing parts for old manufactured mobile homes can be aggregation. The lady plumber associate was very knowledgeable and I am also but finally she found Greg and he's been at Lowes forever and 2 minutes later. I was heading out the door. Great job.thanks Gerald

Lowes in Lenoir has 2 employees that have went above and beyond to help me with ordering interior and exterior doors for my house over the last few months. Rhonda and Bill have answered every question, called to make sure everything was coming along as it should and have always been so nice and helpful. We went Saturday to order blinds and didn't know exactly what would work for the doors we wanted to place them on. Rhonda took the time to show us options, offer advice and get the order placed in a timely manner. I hope Lowes values them as the great employees they are. It's hard to find help when you go into a store these days and these 2 make your shopping experience pleasant. Thank you both. It's really appreciated!!

Very nice people and very eager to help. One of the best Lowe's I've been to, especially in a small town. Carol and Jake were awesome and went out of their way to help us into ensure that things were in stock. They even call another store to see if they had stuff in stock that we needed. They did and we were able to get what we needed quickly.

Great Lowe's Hardware! Despite it being mid-August, they still had a wonderful inventory in their Garden Center. The woman at the refunds counter was bright, capable, and friendly, she handled my return quickly and with a smile.The associates I'd that I'd asked for help were actually knowledgeable and helpful, and the man at the checkout counter, though a bit chatty (it was a slow day), was really friendly. Enjoyed the whole experience!
