Carolina Custom Sound

My experience with Carolina Custom Sound was excellent, and worthy of feedback. I purchased an ONKYO TX-NR656 7.2 Channel Network A/V Receiver and had a challenge getting it set up. I spoke with Chris and he walked me through the multiple setup options with ease. It was like he was there in the room! I was truly impressed with his depth of A/V knowledge, and he was so friendly as well. I definitely give Chris, and Carolina Custom Sound 5 STARS for product knowledge, service and helpfulness. My experience with Carolina Custom Sound was wonderful. The equipment is top notch and the interaction with the employees is an outstanding experience. From the time I talked to Bart, stopped by to see Chris and the 2 installation experts came to my home; I was totally satisfied by their professionalism, knowledge and willingness to explain things to a non-savvy individual (me). I love the sound system and the television on the wall is a great addition to our home. Love the fact that all the wires are in the wall and the speakers are flush to the ceiling. I highly recommend this company, they are neat, knowledgeable, polite and just a joy to do business with. I highly recommend them with no reservations at all.

The employees of Carolina Custom Sound are the most professional in the industry. I recently had a 42 inch TV mounted on my bedroom wall. I was so impressed with the quality of work, I called again to have them mount two more TV's. I highly recommend this company and the employees. The prices are reasonable and you can rest assured the work is excellent.

I called at 9:00 this morning to set an appointment to have a couple of issues fixed. I was lucky that they had an opening at noon before another job nearby. In less than 1 1/2 hours, two guys solved the problems on two televisions using cables that I already had. One of the cables should have been hooked up when my TV was installed by a company that the salesperson at HH Gregg recommended. (no reflection on HH Gregg) Those installers apparently did not know what they were doing because the cable came with the television specifically to solve the problem I have been tolerating for over a year. The charge was more than reasonable and I will never call anyone else for audio/video related issues.

Chris and the team are absolutely wonderful to work with! They hooked me up with an incredible Sonos system when no one else could. Would highly recommend them for their professionalism and expertise.
