I am an equine professional with a large hunter/jumper business and have kept my personal and client horses all insured through Star H for many years now. Allison Trottier does an exceptional job serving all of our needs with the horses and Cathy Boles handles our professional liability, workman's comp and farm owner's policies. Our agents are always available and quick to respond to questions or to our new policy needs and I love that we can keep everything under one roof within the same company. Highly recommend!

From the first interaction with Allison Trottier I felt like I had someone that I could trust with my insurance needs. I had no idea what I needed and she explained everything. She quickly responded when I sent her emails with questions and followed up with me when I needed to send in paperwork. When we decided to end our lease with the horse she was there to help me know what I needed to do to end the insurance. I don’t know how she did it but she would reach out in the date I told her the horse was leaving. It changed several times. She kept reaching out to me to see if the horse had been returned. When we got the new horse she was there for me again. Three and an half months later we decided the horse wasn’t the right fit for my daughter so I contacted Allison to let her know. Once again she reached out on the date when I thought the horse was leaving. She followed up at least 5 times. She is without a doubt the BEST person I have ever dealt with. I used to train call center reps on customer service. Allison exceeds all my expectations. I tell everyone how amazing Allison is and how please I have been with your insurance.

Star H is the best! Their service is impeccable I have always received a call or email back within an hour from when I contacted them. They are right on top getting the COI to our show grounds well before the deadline. We not only use them for our show insurance but we recommend them to all of our customers looking to insure their equine partners! A great company to deal with!!!!

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. I recently had a lender attempt to require me to over insure my property as a condition of a loan approval. Lucinda caught this and forwarded me the statutes the lender was violating. It would've cost me hundreds of dollars more in premiums - which I'm sure would've equaled a higher commission - but she chose to act as my fiduciary in this matter. This is rare service these days. Excellent job Lucinda!!!

We had several quotes for insurance from Star H Equine and have found their representatives to be extremely thorough and honest. We worked property insurance, business insurance and insurance for our horse. Before binding, I hit them up with many (and I mean a lot!) questions about the policies and I found our representatives to be so VERY thorough in their explanations.
