Today our experience in Lowe's was absolutely amazing.. the employees we came across, everyone of them amazing and helpful!! Especially our cashier Shonda, absolutely lovely!! And Justin who helped and went above and beyond!!! These 2 were exceptional but everyone we came in contact 28th was super helpful!! Thank you Lowe's!! Thank you Justin & Shonda!!

had everything we needed for renovation project at home. also huge selection of Christmas decorations, trees, poinsettias and large and small indoor and outdoor decorations. Caleb, Dee and the manager Jason were all very helpful today. Bought a new mop on this trip.

Yesterday was gardening supplies, and Scott in the garden center help me load the heavy soil into my car.

Went in a few weeks ago to find and purchase a Christmas Tree. As I was heading to the checkout, I realized I needed a cart. The tree box was clumsy and I was struggling to carry it.
An associate named Raney came to my aid. She told me to just "stay put" and she would find and bring me a flat cart. She came back a short time later with a cart. She then asked if there was anything else I needed. That is AWESOME customer service!!! Raney, THANK YOU!

Often having a hard time finding help at this Lowes, and I was complaining about that during my self checkout speaking to the assistant. He quickly came to my aid and was very kind and helpful. Donnell is his name. I hope Lowes hires more people like him.

This store has probably the kindest employees I've ever encountered in one location. I've gone many times for different projects and every time there are just the nicest people available to help me find things but also some even give suggestions or ideas or remind me of things to consider.

So many times the employee would actually walk with me to either find someone who would know more or join me in searching for items. Even the manager on duty was nice. At first I thought it was just southern hospitality, but nope the team here is really super kind.

I'm really blessed they are so close!

Lowe's has a nice selection of lamp shades. Though I only intended on purchasing a single item, I inevitably found myself drawn to the garden section where I had a great experience shopping for landscaping supplies. I ended up getting more than I could cart out by myself, so I asked for a little help. One of the friendly associates helped me cart out the extra items across the parking lot to my car. I am grateful for his help.

This location is super clean and everyone so nice and polite and willing to help. Unlike the store in Sanford, where they all act like your bothering them if you ask a question. That is if you even get someone to ask for help. Definitely will start driving here for my needs from now on.

This place is very organized and the parking spaces are large like they should be at a home improvement store. Worth the 25 minutes from my house instead of my local one that is only 8 mins from my house.

Love this Lowe's. Everyone is always so friendly and professional.

We purchased a grill online thru the website not the app we pressed in store only on the filter tab picked out the grill and informed after purchase it was available in three hours we arrived 15 minutes before closing at that time told the grill was not available till next Saturday noticing how upset we were since it was a mother's day gift the closing manager went above and beyond offering to price match with a much nicer grill although very appreciative we do not grill enough for somethingt that much nicer and he was able to find us one that was more comparable to the one we originally purchased I did not get his name I apologize for not being able to mention his name in this review but thank you very much sir this was incredible customer service

We just returned home I guess i assumed when you checked the free store pickup today tab that would mean it's available right now inside the Lowe's store you have selected it's obvious to me now Lowe's Corporate needs to find a company that actually knows how to build a web page because even though you select that tab it doesn't mean what's listed is in the actual store you selected it apparently means it's at a Lowe's that they consider to be near by which is the almost the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life

My son was able to get his name the next day, Johnson, is what he said was on his name badge. Just want to let everyone know Johnson cares about customers and above that happy ones not very common in today's world. Thanks Johnson definitely wanted people to know how impressive that was to me.

Had a delivery today from Lowes in Pittsboro. The two men (Mike and James) who delivered a new dishwasher and picked up the old one were professional, courteous, thorough and over all, terrific in every way, a credit to Lowes in all aspects.
Needless to say, I was extremely pleased!

This is the best Lowe's. I have been there three times in the same weekend. I bet I had at least five associates ask me if I needed help. That has never happened at any Lowes I have been to before. Gustavo in windows and doors was very helpful. We were over charged by accident and it wasn't a hassle to gets credit for the item. I liked going on Friday night to pick up Saturday project supplies. Great parking lot unlike the store in Sanford. We drive to the store in PBO instead of going to the one in our town.

Great location that seems to always have what I need in stock. The employees are great and have been friendly each time I've stopped by. In fact, I had a great experience with Michele and Jason on Sunday, August 7, 2022. Both individuals went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch!

Shonda and Dre were great help. The flower clearance was half not marked and some stuff marked and they really worked hard to get the correct price for my discount. Erica the manager helped as well confirm everything

This Lowes has amazing staff, someone is always willing to help and are so friendly. Well organized merchandise, always enjoy visiting this store, travel from Sanford NC to shop at Pittsboro NC store.

Love this store. Michelle is always friendly and go above and beyond to help you find what you need. She's amazing. Shipping is horrible. However it doesn't reflect this particular store. This is our of their control.

I always like coming to the Lowes in Pittsboro. They usually have what I need when our home store is out. I did an online store pickup and walked right in, hit the Customer Service desk, the young man found my order and we were done in less than 5 minutes.. Lucky day for sure. We also browsed around for a bit. Two associates asked if we needed any help. That was nice considering that most of the time you can't always find assistance. Our cashier was very nice and another young guy walked out to the car with us to assist us with putting our purchase in the car. Even asked if I needed help putting my dad's wheelchair in the car. All in all we had a good experience with Lowes in Pittsboro. Thanks!
