Love, love, love this place! The menu changes seasonally, and the food is always to die for! The service is always on point with a smile. Even when I've stopped in for some pastries, I have been delighted. A must! when in Hillsborough.

Best restaurant ever! The vegetable board is amazing! The goat cheese tortelloni likewise. Salads are wonderful. Great filling dinner for vegetarians and lots of interesting meat options also. You don't have to order more than two things to be full, so go even if you are on a more modest budget. Good bourbon and cocktails selection. Service is hard to beat.

I've been here several times to meet friends for a morning visit. I always get a nice pastry. You never know exactly what they'll have, but they are good and fresh. And the coffee is the best I've found in Hillsborough!

This was hands down one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The staff was amazing with Adam and Adriah as the real stand outside. If you are ever in Hillsborough NC. put this place on your must try list.

Absolutely amazing ambiance, food and service. I love the way the place has set up the tablets for electronic ordering. Parking is a little tough but overall I'd go here every week if I lived closer. Menu changes daily. I surprised my husband for our anniversary, because the menu changes, there was no need for him to "research" so he dealt with the surprise aspect and ended up really thrilled with the overall experience and flavors. Would highly recommend.

The food is always great, good wine and cocktails. Seasonal menu that changes weekly. They've extended their hours again which is great. Delicious pastries.

Can get busy but never waited more than 15 mins for a table to open up. You pay at the cashier so service is somewhat limited and it's fairly pricey but tip is included and food is so great.

My wife and I live down the Street from Pancuito and often come here on special occasions. Not only is the food locally raised, has tons of flavor and generous portion sizes, the staff are super friendly, knowledgable and the atmosphere is great. Definitely try their squid ink or butternut squash raviolis. The desserts are okay, but the main courses is where it's at. The country bread is also fantastic, but don't make a rookie mistake and fill up on it too quickly. They also have a wide selection of bourbons and can do a flight of a few them, which is a nice sampling in case you don't want to buy a bottle right out of the gate. Definitely recommend! They have something for everyone!

Incredible food. Amazingly knowledgeable staff. The vegetable board was to die for. Absolutely perfect meal from appetizer to dessert. Nothing else like this in the triangle.

Panciuto has changed form over the years, but it is still serves some of the best food in the Triangle. The menu changes weekly to incorporate food that comes into season. Can't recommend it enough.

Canestri+ cacio e Pepe was a delicious lunch. This is a bus your own table place, and tips are included to pay their workers. So nice not to do math every bill. Only a few tables but full bar, canned beer and even coffee if you’re so inclined.

Best pasta hands down. Service was excellent. The space was beautifully intimate.

This was by far the favorite restaurant for my wife and I, as well as friends that we would invite to join us. Then covid came and the restaurant closed. Now it has re-opened, we were excited and went back and it was the same experience as before except now you place your order on a tablet instead of just telling it to a waiter/waitress... which is a little odd, but ok. The food was and has always been absolutely amazing - creative, unique, delicious. These are not dishes that you will find anywhere else - no matter what you order, you can't go wrong, and there will be amazing flavors perfectly matched together on the plate. Not a great selection at the bar, but they make great cocktails. Highly recommended!

Best gnocchi I have ever had. Soft and pillowy, just enough butter and lemon cal fresh veg was stellar, especially the beets.

Absolutely perfect. We're grateful to have gotten seats at the bar, not having made a reservation and knowing that the restaurant is regularly busy. The meats, cheeses and pastas were wonderful, and next time we'll take better advantage of the unique whiskey selection. We'll also save room for dessert!

This is really the best restaurant I have ever experienced. I am usually more of a fan of blue collar, diner, barbecue type places, but Panciuto always amazes me. The combination of flavors sometimes takes my breath away, it is so unusual, but at the same time it always WORKS. Service is great, atmosphere is relaxed, but suitable for special occasions. Cost is a tremendous value considering you get a unique, fabulous experience every time. I would give it 100 stars if I could.

Wow! I always wanted to eat at this restaurant and my only regret is that I waited so long to eat here. My wife ate here tonight. The service was excellent, the wait staff was very friendly, the ambiance was very nice, but the food was the star. Our meals were amazing. Very inventive Italian dishes made with almost all local ingredients. My wife and I eat out quite a bit, and this may now be my favorite restaurant.

Went there for my birthday and it was amazing! We loved the vegetable board appetizer ( a meal in itself) and the two vegetarian pasta dishes on the menu. They don't skimp on the portions and they brought us complimentary shots of prosecco and flutes of muscat afterwards. Worth every penny.

What a wonderful experience. We normally stick to Raleigh & Durham but decided to venture out to visit Panciuto. Everything from the bourbon tasting to the main courses were absolutely perfect. Oh, and the service was outstanding. What a gem. Can't wait to visit again.

We have been maybe four times with various sized parties and always had an amazing time. Once, the number of people with us worked out that we all decided to just order the entire menu, so we all literally tried everything they had to offer, and it was excellent entirely across the board to a table full of foodies. I'm not a mushroom fan, so only balked at one particular dish... but, we love this place.

Amazing food and wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere is cozy and modern. I love that they are locally sourced and the fact that they hand make their pasta makes it that much better. I will definitely be back!
