Great old fashioned hardware store! So different from Home Depot and Lowes. You can easily find someone to help you, heck they greet you at the door, and then they know hardware. The place is just packed with all types of supplies - often different and better than the box stores. I highly recommend them.

I've loved this small store since I was a child and used to go there with my parents as they worked (for years) on our old house. I still go back happily today. The owner/staff try hard to help you get exactly what you want, and they stand behind their sales. They value long-term relationships with customers, and it shows. Really a pleasure to have this kind of small business still in town.

Everytime I have needed a hardware item, I have went to Dual Supply. Always gotten the help I needed in a timely matter. I recommend them to anyone in need of replacing or getting a new item. Family owned business and the worker are very helpful and nice. I consider it my number 1 store in Hillsborough, NC

No, they don't have the selection of an Amazon or a big-box store. But that's not the point.

Dual Supply does what it does very well - a hometown hardware store that carries a higher-than-average amount of US-made tools, as well as all the sundries required for country living. Just walking through the aisles is guaranteed to give you the inspiration you need to finish whatever project you're stuck on.

They also make the best keys of any hardware store I've been to in the past several years - real USA-made key stock!

I love this store and everyone who works here. A real hardware store, and unlike the big box stores, these guys know their business and have everything you'd ever need.
I drive 25 minutes each way to go here. Can't give it enough stars.

These folks have never let me down. Whether it's a 6 cent washer or some obscure piece of plumbing they seem to have it and know exactly where it is in this slightly cluttered but very clean store. They'll try to help you find what you need to fix something and often have excellent advice on how to do it. This locally owned business deserves to be your first stop for hardware needs. (It's a fun place to just browse, too.)

Without doubt the best hardware store in the Hillsborough, Chapel Hill NC area. It seems they have at least one of every nut, bolt, screw, faster, bearing, , , ever made. You might not be able to find what you need as the store is filled from top to bottom, front to back, side to side with all the stuff. But the family members who own the store know where everything is! Better by far than HD, TS, or even Ace - go there and leave with exactly what you were looking for.

I have purchased many Stihl products accessories and other items as well at Dual Supply. I always have received service with a smile. I also have had chainsaws and lawn mowers worked on there and I was a satisfied customer each time. Interesting store, great products.

If Home Depot and Lowes don't have it, there's good chance these guys will. And shopping there is like a step back in time to Mayberry. Honest, decent people with a personal touch.

Dual Supply is a great place because Jeff and Mike Woods are always ready to help you find what you need. If they don't have it, they can get it.

An old time, nifty place which will be moving a bit further out if town. It will u doubtedly continue the wonderful, knowledgeable service you can imagine. Note:. You can have your busted screen mended there and have it back before the day ends!

If you can't get it here, you can't get it. Michael Woods was sooo helpfully, he recommended a Troutman rocker built right here in NC! We bought two they are very sturdy and comfortable, worth every penny. If you need just about anything I recommend stopping by!

A true old fashioned hardware store, the wooden floor creaks when you walk and the smell of fertilizer is in air. This place takes me back to Saturday mornings going with my Father to the hardware store, my Father passed away many years ago. They have most everything and if they don't have it , they'll order it for you. Very friendly staff, thank you Dual Supply

This place is a local treasure. Personal service with an amazing inventory - just ask as it might be hard to navigate on your own. Check here first and stay local before going to the big chains their prices are competitive on quality products.

Been around for years. Great local hardware store. They have the large gauge woodstove piping I want...they also will install any hardware in the piping for you. Great store!!
