Cindy did an amazing job on my nails. She understood the assignment and provided good customer service. She did my gel set and pedi. I haven’t been to a salon in awhile cause its hard to find a nail tech that snips dead skin on your nail bed before applying gel and CINDY does. She is a great tech and will be booking for a fill in when the time comes.

So nice and beautiful nails here. Plus awesome they give a 5 dollar off coupon. I do wish they posted their prices online but shout out to Tracy for a fabulous pedicure and Kim for a fantastic manicure. Very clean 🫧 definitely try them and see for yourself.

I love going to the Cleveland Nail Spa, the whole staff is pleasant, friendly, and take their time. I see Tiffany and her Mom regularly. They are absolutely fantastic ladies. They are both super sweet, and care about their clients and take their time. I mean check out my beautiful shamrocks for St. Patrick’s Day… hand painted by the one and only amazing Tiffany!

I went in needing my nails fixed after having a bad experience at another salon. Originally, I just wanted the polished changed but she also fixed the shape for me. She did an amazing job and now I have nails that I love!

Very good experience and priced for a good value. From what I could tell they were very sanitary too. The basic package really includes a lot. I only got a pedicure, but that included scrubbing my feet, massage of feet and lower legs, nail clipping, and clean up of nails with grinding/polishing and cuticles.

If anybody is looking for a nail tech ask for Tiffany. She did an amazing job on my nails and she was super attentive when I came in. I would definitely be coming back again 🖤

Mrs. Angie the owner has incredible customer service. She always makes sure everyone has been greeted and helped. They don’t lie and say it’ll be a shorter wait then it is. If so they recommend you come a different time. Honest and friendly. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years this is a great shop everyone is friendly and does great work

Angie Tiffany and Cindy are all amazing! All the nail techs are honestly I recommend this place every time someone complements my nails, Angie is the manager she is super sweet always walking around checking in on customers making sure they’re getting taken care of. The atmosphere is relaxing and the make you feel like family asking if your thirsty and such. Just a wonderful place and I will not go anywhere else but here I drive a distance just to come to Cleveland Nail Spa! I love them 10/10!

I like this place, I was happy and pleased with service and my daughter’s pedicure and my full set nails. Vinny has art and patience, overall a good experience!!!

I got my nails done by Angie last week (today is 5/12/23). She did a great job with the design, however, 2 days later, my middle nail broke off. I went back the next day and she repaired it at no charge (which she should have). The next day, the SAME nail popped off again!!! I'm going back today.
Update: went bach and she did my nails again with no problems. The designs she thinks up are so beautiful and different!! I went back today and Angie did a most gorgeous design for me! I will go back after this!!!

Angie expressed continuously how my requests “wouldn’t look good.” She wouldn’t budge on her opinion & sole decided on my final design.

Tiffany brought my set back to life after my previous unsatisfactory experience. She’s immaculate at her craft! She took her time and ensured that I was comfortable the entire time, all while holding great conversation & punctuality. I got exactly what I wanted! Best salon experience to date! This place is amazing. Jessica did an awesome job on my nails. She took her time and did one completely to make sure I was happy before she did both hands. Tracy was also great for my pedicure. Highly recommended.

Tiffany has been doing my gel manicures for a few months now and she is exceptional! She always takes her time and makes sure everything is done nice and neat! I love her! And I highly recommend to anyone who is particular about their nails :)

At “Hello, would you care for a drink” Friendly, clean, professional... quick service, beautiful designs...and they fixed a bad set (from a different salon)that kept breaking with innovative reinforcements and perfect reform. Tiffany!!! ASK FOR TIFFANY!!! They gave me a Christmas coupon and my own bottle of cuticle oil... Amazing quality and Value!

This is my go to nail place!! I request Angie, she is the absolute best! Any design that I come up with all I have to do is show her a picture and she absolutely prefects my nails every time. I wouldn't go to any other salon. They have great customer service and treat everyone like family. I highly recommend Cleveland nail spa (Angie) for all of your nail, waxing and eye lash needs. Reasonable pricing for high quality work!! The absolute best place to come.

This is the best nail salon I have been to! If you have any issues with your toenails you need to come ask for Tracy. She removed two of my ingrown nails & it did not even hurt! If you need a nail design you need to ask for Angie. She handfree the designs & helps you decide if your not sure what colors to go with. Everyone is very nice & the salon is inviting & very clean. Please come visit them for any nail service you need. They will take care of you!
