Walmart Grocery Pickup

We’ve loved using the grocery pickup….but, they always get something wrong. Sometimes you’ll get a free product that you didn’t order. Sometimes items will be flat out missing. Sometimes they will lie and tell you an item is out of stock and there are ZERO substitutions available. They have told me there was no substitute for Diet Sam’s Cola. Wouldn’t Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi be comparable? Smashed items, melted ice cream and more. One time a Walmart employee was having a bad day and crashed her tote cart into the back of my wife’s BMW. She mangled so many items that the customer service comped the entire order. Smartphones are a great tool for documentation. I dealt with Walmart’s insurance company and after reviewing the security camera footage they cut me a $593 check to repair the BMW. Once they get the kinks worked out this form of shopping will be the primary weekly shopping method.
