I was a customer for approximately 3 years with a clean driving record making my overpriced payments on time every month. My full coverage insurance was $315/month. Recently I bought a 2024 sedan & they JACKED my payments up to a little over $500/month. What in the world!?!? & There's absolutely no customer service in this location. I was told I would receive a call back in 45 minutes & never got a call. So I switched & now I'm saving OVER $300/month!

I have truly never had a worse experience with getting my car fixed. My adjuster Jason Powell never once did his job. He was completely uncontactable during the entire process. I had to call his manager just to get him on the phone and then when I finally did he just lied and said he submitted my estimate and it was approved etc but when I go to pick up my car from the shop I find out he never even submitted it to begin with. He's really a true scumbag. Not to mention the body shop had to order parts from a different place than where allstate wanted them ordered from because of them being out of stock and my car is a rare edition and they refuse to pay the difference so now I'm coming even more out of pocket for an accident that wasn't even my fault. I have canceled my policy with allstate and I will never use this terrible company ever again and I hope no one else does
