Dollar General

What's nice about Dollar General is that you always know to expect when you go there. This particular store is no exception. The store was stocked with your standard merchandise that you can always find at Dollar General. Very low prices of course. The staff was busy but when I had a question they were quick to stop what they were doing and helped me find the item I was looking for. I appreciate these dollar stores that seem to be popping up everywhere Why! Because they're conveniently located.  Their price point is consumer friendly and you can run in and out and get what you need...rather than having to walk three blocks just to grab some toothpaste.  (As you have to do in the big box stores.)

Everyone at this store is super friendly and kind, will always go out of their way to help you. Store is clean and in order.

I will have to admit that our Mt Holly Dollar General is the nicest DG I've ever visited in our area. Never has there been a time they didn't have whatever I needed. Shelves are ALWAYS full and aisles are never blocked off with boxes of merchandise waiting to be stocked. It's always a good visit each time I go. Today, I stocked up on about 40 packs of flower seeds to plant at my home and at my office. Also got a new garden hose, fertilizer, night lights, potting soil, dog food, scented candles and toothpaste. Everything I needed in 1 stop. I spent time looking through the large selection of DVDs they have on hand. I didn't get anything today but they have a huge selection. To sum up, without a doubt my favorite DG to frequent and much rather go here than walmart, roses or family $ any day of the week

Love this place, convenient, affortable, clean you'll enjoy going to this store. The Dollar General in Stanley is messest store I've ever seen. Go to Mt Holly store it's not messy at all.

The store looks 100% better since the new mangers and workers have taken over,the store is organized and clean.

I like the color general on hwy 27 in mount holly! If I cant make it to Walmart, dollar general is the best option! No long lines, and u dont spend over 100 like Walmart lol

They always have everything I need from crayola model magic to enchilada sauce. Returns are also easy.

Prices cannot be beat. Just the right size to get what you need and go before you've spent way too much.
