Blair Richardson has great market knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism. I am very pleased with the outcome of selling my home in a downward market. Blair Richardson, with his great market knowledge, was able to seek out a specific group of buyers to sell to. His communication skills were top notch and he knows exactly what to convey and not convey to the buyers to get "TOP DOLLAR" for your property. His professionalism from the start to the end of the selling process was incredible and I sure would use him again if the opportunity presented itself.
