I called Leavitt Elite which represents my insurance company. I needed help getting an appraisal for damage to my house during a recent storm. Jolene Santianglio,a CSR answered the phone. Immediately she found the appraiser and her manager. She sent an e-mail and within 24 hours I received a call and subsequent appraisal. Her willingness to step in and help me with my problem is the way business should be done. She was very helpful, courteous, and determined. She followed up the next day to make sure I had been contacted by the company and that I was pleased with their response. Jolene is a true Customer Service Rep.
