I needed insurance on a boat I purchased over the holidays in a bit of a hurry. I called
Anna at Robert Black Insurance and she took care of it. She was very professional and handled everything perfectly. Was surprised that it was taken care of so quickly since I needed Insurance to make the purchase and it was the Holiday season where alot of places were closed. I have been looking around for insurance for a few months now. Been with the same company for years and things went sideways with a lack of communication. Out of four companies I requested quotes from, Erie was the only company that contacted me by phone before they gave me a quote. They also followed up very soon after with a paper quote. I recently switched my home and auto with them and saved some money. The savings wasn't the most important part . The communication through this entire process was awesome. I sat down with Tammy twice to review our Auto and Homeowners insurance policies. The first setting was to obtain estimates for each. I took those estimates home and did a comparison with what I already had. Once reviewed I had another session with Tammy to review my questions. She was able to answer all of them. At the end of our meeting I decided to change agencies for this year.

We were recently introduced to Robert Black Insurance while looking into bringing all of our policies together. We worked with Tyler to go through our policies and get quotes on comparable coverage. Tyler was great to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. We were given plenty of time to look over everything and , after reviewing, happily signed up. The coverage we have now far surpasses what we had before on our home and auto policies, we added the additional liability coverage policy, and still saved a significant sum over our previous rates. We are very happy with the experience so far and look forward to a long relationship with Robert Black Insurance!
