Went there for the first time yesterday and I will definitely be returning!! The staff was very personable and knowledgeable of the products they carry. The prices are very competitive! The atmosphere has a good, chill family vibe and they make you feel welcomed. Glad I decided to stop by!

Vape Citi is a BEAUTIFUL example of Stanley’s motto: “A friendly place”. Never in my life have I gotten such fast, accurate, and friendly service. The lady who has invested into the store has a inspired story and the workers are the most well-informed and all around amazing!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, this store would have won the gold!

Vape Citi is by far the best Vape shop you'll ever visit!! Simply because the customer service is unlike any other business I have been too! They are very helpful, knowledgable, kind, nice, funny, and I must say patient, (for when I'm trying to make my mind up about which juice I want to get) lol!! They have a wide variety to choose from, and will help you in anyway they can.. They can tell you anything you need to know about mods, coils, juices, or vaping in general.. Destiny & Robert were the ones I met here first & they filled me with soo much info & soo many helpful recommendations!! The will never try to force your or make you feel forced into buying anything, they give you their opinions & ask you questions to help determine what they think you might like! Their prices are cheaper than most places! I will definitely continue to shop at vape citi for my every vaping need!! Soo glad to have an awesome shop run by such amazing people close to home! And I highly highly recommend this place to any & all vapers or even a non vapers, or someone who just needs a warming smile & some positive vibes!!! I will recommend this place to ANYONE!

Went in for the first time the other day and they helped me find a good flavor and let me smell several different ones! I changed my mind 3 different times if I had the money I would have bought them all haha. Love the cute names and bottles of the vape juices! Will deffinately be returning given that I grew up 5 mins from here.

This place is awesome, the people there are super friendly, super helpful, I'm just starting to vape and they helped me get what fit me, and didn't try to push anything on us like most of the other vape stores. I definitely will be a repeat customer for all my vape needs. You won't be dissatisfied with the customer service here. Highly highly recommend.

Stopped in here and the place not only looks amazing, the staff is amazing. The girl who helped me was very knowledgeable and sweet. I got everything I needed and couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be coming back :)

This store has a lot of new merchandise including non-flavored menthol vape juice. The young lady who helped me the first time was there and she explained how my vape machine will accept only certain types of refill oil due to technical functions. She was very scientific and specific in her knowledge. I ended up not buying anything (new merch isn't compatible with my equipment), but I would recommend this store to any vape user. This place is worth 5 stars.

TJ and crew were more than helpful! They took their time showing us all of our options and didn't try to force us into any purchases. In my opinion, they went above and beyond.

I'm from TN stop in vape citi while on vacation this place and the people were awesome especially TJ he helped me with my vape and even went that extra mile to show me things I didn't know about my vape ,this experience was nothing like the terrible service I got in my own hometown of portland tn.which is also called vape city . Well, I just won a $100 sigelei sobra vape mod, so my experience was very awesome!

They have e-juice that I couldn't find anywhere else!
They also have everything to satisfy your CBD health needs.

Vape citi is my favorite place to go for juice. They have a lot of flavors for lower than normal prices. The people behind the counter know what they're talking about and can help with just about anything. I definitely recommend checking it out.

The owners were helpful and informative. The atmosphere was very friendly and offering the game room for local young people to have a place to go besides running the streets was a refreshing idea.

Great place, very friendly staff and *that wall* is spectacular! Wonderful atmosphere to chill, play Xbox or look at TV whether you vape or NOT....and that comes straight from the manager, Destiny.

BY FAR one of the best experiences ive had at any retail establishment, amazing staff and great products. Definitely going to be returning soon. :)
