I’m not seeing why people hate this cvs. The staff if beyond friendly and generally really caring people, I understand it might take them a minute to get your things together but you have to understand a lot of people go here for their prescriptions and other things so they are obviously busy, no reason so be so angry with them. My personal experience was absolutely great and I will continue to shop here regardless of what people say.

Staff is always friendly, at least to me. A smile from the customer can make their day better and make them WANT to serve you. That said, when my new insurance carrier was slow in downloading info and approval for Rx, the pharmacy staff took care of it and called me back with updates until resolved. Thank you, CVS.

CVS has really stepped up their game with the Minute Clinic. I have visited this Minute Clinic one a few occasions taking the daughter. The wait is little to none, although I think their electronic check in kiosk takes an eternity to fill out. I think I've only experienced one nurse that had zero bedside manners. The price is spot on. The CVS staff as a whole are always welcoming and helpful. Will definitely continue to visit.

Had an issue with an employee, asked for the store manager. At that time I met the store manager (Lisa) , issue resolved. Kudos CVS for hiring an excellent employee. She is definitely an asset to your company. Professional minded, extremely courteous,
and definitely showed her management skills.

This is my 2nd time going into CVS in Stanley. They were so nice and helpful. Very friendly too. They are remodeling, I’m excited to see what it looks like afterwards.
