These guys are top notch and will go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. Oscar and Jaunita are a God-send and are very polite and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints with their services. Onslow County Planning and development was a pain in our case, but Oscar and Juanita stood by us through it all. I highly recommend them and would go through them again and again without hesitation.

This is a dealship that has been there through the thick and thin times and is still going strong throughout the many years I have known them. I buy their wheels and axles. Hats off to this Independent Mobile home dealership.

Not my idea for a home but it works for some. They need to put gravel down for the parking lot. If it rains it is really muddy.

Friendly yes probably the only reason I'm giving him 2 stars ..when I looked at website we were very excited. trailers on lot looked rough.most were floor rotted we didn't feel comfortable walking through . nothing like website. Did awalkthrough but felt very unsafe gave us a step stool to lookin houses. But nothing like website. Doesn't have land home packages as offered on website. U have to fund ur own land. Didn't get a good vibe. It's looks like the owners giving up.

Unfortunately, I found that the level of salesmanship fell short of meeting these expectations. Clear and concise communication, coupled with attentiveness to customer inquiries, would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Furthermore, to establish trust and confidence in your company, it is imperative to demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times. This includes providing accurate information about the home building process, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring transparency in financial matters. Regrettably, I encountered instances where my questions were left unanswered, leaving me with uncertainties that could have easily been resolved through open communication.

I would like to emphasize that I am glad I ultimately chose to build a home. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the areas I have highlighted. Very unprofessional delivered a mobile home down the street from me. They went to make a turn in front of my house. The mobile home got stuck in the middle of the road. So instead of trying to figure out a way to move it without destroying other people's property. They cut down 2 trees and tear my grass up. Destroyed real property. The owner of the company was present. The owner of the company has no regard for anybody's property. I would recommend anybody thinking of doing business with this man. Look elsewhere, you will regret it.
