Taco Bell

This location is always super busy but the customer service is always good. The wait doesn’t seem long , the restaurant is really clean and my order is always made correctly. They were fully stocked of baja blast this night which is my Taco bell go to drink . This place is still one of the best fast food places in Richlands besides Bojangles. They had the wings last time but I did not try them, I am going to have to make that my mission next time as I will be back. The crunch wrap was on point for sure.

We always Love eating there, their always quick and delicious.

I get a fair number of Doordash orders for this location. I've never had any issues with them. They can get slowed down somewhat when it's busy, but I think the longest I've ever had to wait is 10-15 minutes.
The employees are nice, and the orders have been accurate to the best of my knowledge. No customer has told me they didn't get something they were supposed to.
The parking is adequate. If you have a really big vehicle, you might have trouble finding a spot if it's busy, but any small and mid size vehicles shouldn't have any problem. There is also a huge Walmart parking lot right behind them, so worst case scenario, you could walk over from there.
They play good music at this one too. One day the Nelson Brothers "I Can't Live Without Your Love," was playing. Haven't heard that one in a long time, so that's worth an extra star Google won't let me give them.

Traveling by. Possibly the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. Food was made with adequate ingredients. Crunch wrap was great. Taco wasn't packed 3/4's full of lettuce and the quesadilla was melted perfectly. Hope the manager and franchise owner are taking care of the stuff because these folks working care. Thanks

Even though I live in Pink Hill this is the best Taco Bell near me. Good and service is great and drive through keeps things moving pretty quickly.

Went through the drive through, the attendant spoke clearly and loud enough to understand, she took my order and repeated it verbatim and closed with a cheerful tone. We proceeded to the window, the attendant was very professional and cheerful, gave me the correct change handed me my order with a smile and a cheerful closure. Outstanding Service in my book.

Went through the drive through a little before midnight and I received all my food. Usually there's something wrong but this visit was perfect. Service time was not too slow either. An enjoyable experience.

Always gets my order right, and on the occasion they don't, they more than make up for it every time. Staff is always super friendly even when I go late at night, they're also usually very speedy with their service as well. Great Taco Bell to visit if you're in the area.

One of the worst experiences that I ever had. I had the new Crispy chicken taco and the chicken burnt to a crisp. My wife had a Beefy Burrito and the only thing in the burrito was Rice and cheese don't think I'll be going back to the Taco Bell in Richland's NC.

Everything was great, they forgot my 3 packs of Diablo sauce. But all was very good!!
Changed to 5 stars, second time I did get my Diablo sauce! Thank you!

I showed up at taco bell to pick up an order my wife made online anyways long story short the order was cancelled not by taco bell the first time and the second time it was placed the app she used was causing issue which has nothing to do with taco bell.. Well after about 15 minutes of waiting for the order to go through and the manager who was nothing but helpful he kept doing all he could even going as far as offering to pay I should of asked this man his name anyways thank you for the offer and professionalism.

So I’ve been eating Taco Bell for years and I will never get tired of it! This particular Taco Bell is fantastic. I love the modern ordering kiosk located in the lobby. Food comes out quick and orders are always correct.

The people in there were very nice and helpful. We were the only ones in there but they were still running around (literally) getting everything together as quick as they could. Cristal (sorry if I spelled it wrong) ran to the other side just to get some hot sauce for us and was very polite and kind. This shows that these people really put hard work and effort into marking everything run smoothly. I would definitely recommend if speed and costumer service is your thing!

Great food and great prices! Expierence is made even better with the new mobile app! I was able to place my order within the app and the Pod coupons cement workers that were given to me through downloading the app and check out without any problems thank you Taco Bell

Food was hot and fresh. Had to get my hard shell taco remade but it wasn't a problem and the people working was friendly.
