McDonald's

I'm not a big fast food fan, but working with Doordash I'm there a lot, almost daily. I have ALWAYS encountered nothing but hard working, courteous workers. And they have a lot going on but they work hard together to make it work. Corporate should be proud and should pay them well.

I believe the woman's name was Belinda? The front of house woman y'all have working here is the sweetest kindest lady. Her customer service goes above and beyond. If McDonald's had more employees like her the staff reputation would go way up at your locations. Our food came out hot and was brought straight to our table with a huge smile! The food was hot and fresh. Probably the best McDonald's we have had at any location in a long time. Great staff! Also the place was really clean and quick!

Always clean. Crispy fries! Cannot complain. Great service, friendly staff. 👏 keep it up!

I'm here all the time as a Doordasher, and they stack up well to the other McDonald's over in Jacksonville.

The morning staff is very friendly and lively. The night crew is a little more reserved and shy, but not at all unpleasant. The night shift seems to have a high turnover rate; I think a lot of them are highschool students still learning the ropes. Try to be nice and patient for them.
Both shifts are a little slower getting orders out than other McDonald's in the area, but I've had very few orders with missing or wrong items from this location. The few I have gotten, they were happy to fix without issue.

The dining area is the most spacious McDonald's in the area. There's plenty of room to walk, stand and sit. They do a good job keeping the floors, tables and men's room clean; I assume the ladies room is well kept too. There are two automated kiosks you can order from; however, sometimes only one is working. The other appears fully functional, it just says it's not taking orders at that time.

The parking lot is also pretty spacious. There's a clear distinction between the drive thru lanes, and space for through traffic. The only really narrow section that could cause a traffic blockage, is right by the exit onto 258 too, so a complete traffic jam could only be caused by someone being a jerk or an idiot. Some of the parking spaces closest to the building may get blocked in by drive-thru traffic. Most vehicles should have no trouble parking at this location.

Overall this is one of the better McDonald's I have been to, locally and abroad.

I have to say it’s a really good McDonald’s because of the Employees. The food is standard fast food but the people… they make it the only MCDS I will eat at even if there is one just as close somewhere else. One employee who shines above all else is Natalie! A few years ago she brought out my food & was so kind & all smiles! Just a breathe of fresh air. Now everytime I show up she asks about my kids & just wishes me well. I don’t know it takes a special kind of person to work in FF and have a positive outlook, then to remember the customer & their kids. I hope this McDonalds realizes what a Gem they have working there!

This is the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to. I travel a lot so that's saying something. I am very particular about the shape my food is in when I get it. This place does everything perfectly. The staff has to be the nicest I have ever met. To top it off, they do sweet tea right. My new favorite McDonald's.

One of the fastest McDonald's drive thru services I've experienced. Food order is always correct. Keep it up! ❤

P.s the morning crew on 1/1/21 ... EXCELLENT especially the biscuit maker... best biscuit EVER!

Quick stop, grabbed a fish sandwich and a very small !!! Order of chicken nuggets.... All was good.

Had lunch with my husband and two of my children and one of the workers, I believe her name is Lexus, and she was wonderful. She was kind, helpful, and made small talk with us. Awesome teenage employee!! Keep up the good work.

So Ronald and i just came off a job see... and the hamburgler stiffed us.... so i told birdie the early bird to handle it... that girls is 2 eggs short of a dozen. So then i tried to bribe office big mac but he was one of the good ol boys. So that's how we ended up here in a cell with grimace!! But other than that the food was great service was excellent and def a go too!

Super friendly staff! Tables were clean, even though the restaurant was busy (11:34pm). We had 4 kids who didn’t want Happy Meals but after their fabulous behavior during lunch the manager came over and offered the boys a Pokémon card set! It was super er thoughtful and extremely unexpected. Lunch for six was served quickly and we had everything we ordered. The staff was friendly and the manager was very attentive to our rather large order. Great service, clean well-stocked bathrooms and ample parking. Wonderful visit!

I think the food at this McDonald's in Richlands taste better then the ones in Jacksonville. So step it up a notch or two or three , to all the McDonald's in Jacksonville because the one in Richlands has got y'all beat so far. There food taste better and they r much more polite. I give them a A+

My 2 year old daughter and I ate in the lobby, it was super clean. They brought our food to our table which was nice since toddlers don’t cooperate. We finished our food and were about to leave when a manager handed us an ice cream cone!! Made our night. Thank you!

This Mcdonalds is always super fast!

Food is always good at Mickey D's. Fast and quick food on the go. Fry addiction is real, although it was sus back in the 80's...those fries were very addictive 🤪 back then...Great McDonals in Richlands, very nice. Clean environment! Thank you!

Giving this McDonalds 5 stars because of the nice lady who works there. Her customer service skills are top notch. Her smile and attitude made my day. She was constantly cleaning to ensure the dining area was presentable. I asked for her name and couldn’t remember it but my son remembered! Natalie, keep up the good work.
