Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

Zee, the manager who was working at the time we ate, was a HUGE help. Our daughters have a DAIRY ALLERGY, and he made sure their food was safe!! The online allergen menu was not up to date, so he even brought the ingredients lists out to us to read ourselves... The food was safe and delicious!!! Thank you so much for taking the time and having patience with us!!!!!! If I could rate a 10, I would!!

I went to Highway 55 burgers because it was a new establishment and it appeared to be a fast food type place and I was in a hurry. I was originally going to use the drive true but their burgers and cheesesteaks all seem to have an American cheese component with very few of them offering provolone, so after looking at the drive-through menu I decided. Maybe I should go inside and see if I could get my cheesesteak with provolone cheese. This restaurant is kind of a hybrid fast food/ fifties diner type of operation. When you walk in there are 2 bars where you can order your food or you can sit down and wait for a waiter to come out to you.., I ordered the chicken cheesesteak with no green peppers and provolone cheese instead of American cheese. The food had good flavor, and the service was good. But my sandwich came back with green peppers. When the waitress asked me how it looked I told her I see green peppers so she offered to exchange it out for me but I told her no; I was in a hurry. When the bill came it was the usual menu price. Short time later she brought an amended bill out giving me a discount for the messed up order. All in all, I definitely would go back again when I had more time but the whole experience was good.

Been there several times since they opened. Always sit at counter & eat. I get double cheeseburger with bacon. Meal is always fresh, hot and enjoyable. Wait staff always friendly.

I had our waiter, slash mgr, pick my lunch. Let me tell you peeps.... Best burger I've ever had. Well done sir!
Worst part, I do t know his name or the menu item name..... Cudos

Wonderful service from *Z. Great chicken tender Cobb salad/chili dog, onion rings. We were enticed by the concrete custard. Yum!! Thank you for helping us choose our food.

They are working on a few kinks but that’s expected the first day. Definitely great to see the staff working hard to get so many orders out! Love the peer teaching y’all were doing! Keep up the great work! I’ll be back for more burgers and shakes 🍔🍟🥤

Much better than the one at Williamsburg Shopping Center. The food was delicious! As busy as they were the waitress was very nice. Our order was correct. The food was hot but I didn't care too much for the tea. Will definitely return.

Banana split is amazing and I love the double chili cheese burger. It's a big sandwich and I love when you get it to go the chili is in a dish and not already on the sandwich.

Food was sooooo good. My wife said that was the best Philly she’s every had from a hwy 55. Fries were fresh and delicious as well as my burger. Highly recommend visiting this location if you’re in the area.

Stopped on the way home from vacation. It was around 12:00 on a Sunday afternoon. They were very busy but we still got our food in a short time. Staff was very nice.

First time to this location, we had our pups with us, without asking they made sure to provide a bowl of water and brought out pup cup deserts!!

Stopped on the way back from the coast with my 2 grandsons. They loved their chicken and tots. I got the cheesesteak and it was delicious. I was more impressed with the speed of service, cleanliness and the person who waited on us. I have eaten at andys/hwy55 for years and I am so impressed with the new freestanding locations. Same quality and faster service!

Great expirence, fast, friendly, the Manager Aziz (Z) and staff were friendly and on point.

It was a nice experience coming in through the door today. One of the employee's there opened the door and greeted us. Made us feel welcome, never experienced that before at any other HWY 55. I wish I could remember that gentleman's name because he was super nice. The food is always delicious and the service was great!
