Bojangles

I love that my little hometown has a Bojangles now. It’s usually top of my list of places to eat when I visit home. Never disappointed with a cheddar-no biscuit combo with a sweet tea and Cajun fries. Thank goodness this wasn’t there when I was in high school, although we did have Arnold’s and I miss it. Anyways, hit this Bojangles! It’s really good!

Lived here 2 years and go their often. I always get Bo's chicken sandwich. Always a great meal. Sometimes it takes a while to have your order taken. That is only because they are short staffed and they have told me that for the 2 years i have been here. But the workers there work very hard to try and keep up - it is not their fault - I always thank them for working! Atmosphere is 3 stars due to employees on break, like every eat in place these days - take break, sit in booth, play videos, talk on speaker, or face time - all are loud and make eating irritating. Just sometimes this happens.

Ordered a plain dark browser biscuit. It was exactly what I wanted. Also ordered a sausage and egg biscuit. It was cooked to perfection. Both were fresh and hot. The employees were very nice and friendly.

First time. Friendliest/professional staff. Chicken supreme salad 🥗 was superb. Thank you for offering a salad choice. I truly appreciate it. It was the gentleman that came to my truck to deliver the entree that blew me away with; please let me know if there is anything else we can do for you! For that alone I will always remember this site. Life is so sweet with a 😀.

We're in Richlands on vacation, and we've been trying a bunch of food that we don't have at home. We went through the drive through on our first night here and actually went again yesterday. The staff are so wonderful, kind to us and our dog who was in the car. Super fast, everything has been hot and delicious. Definitely worth stopping in!

I always have good service when I go. There is one young man in drive thru that is always respectful and has manners when taking my order.

The people here with their infectious smiles and desire to "make your day" somehow makes the food even better than most BoJ's

Zachary at the drive through is the definition of supreme customer service. He’s the only one that is smiling , engaging and so so respectful. He’s the reason I come to this location!! He deserves recognition and praise …. !!!!

We go here almost every Sunday for carry out. We usually order the same items but the cost varies. We haven't figured out if it is us or them. This time, I dined in by myself. I found it annoying the ketchup was the only condiment that was not out. One can tell they don't put it out because their is no bin labeled for it. Also if you want refills on soft drinks you have to cut-in the order line and ask for someone to fill it for you.

Everything was clean and the food was delicious. We visited with some cousins from up North and they enjoyed the atmosphere!!!

I have been avoiding this place for weeks, because I’ve experienced some really bad service in the past. Today…whole different story! Everything was perfect! Polite throughout the drive through, food was on point, even the sweet tea! Super impressed with the staff this afternoon!!!

5 stars for the cashier. She was the only one working the front and she was fast nice, and accommodating, Anyaha I think is he name. Was definitely getting busy and she could've used some help, hope she got it, and a raise. Food was very good!

They have a "Special Deal "sign outside. It's a dollar less 😖 then I had to wait 20 minutes for a 8 piece of chicken. No apology or anything. Even the Asst. Manager L. Jones didn't know about the special. Or offer an apology for waiting that long for the food.

Manager Temeka was on point with my order & her Lady crew was fast at 6:30 am she was managing the resturant at 100%!! That's what you call great management 😉

Great food, you just might want to look up and make sure they are open. The restaurant has had early closes to give employees time off. This has been a restaurant chain decision.

Service was fast, food was hot and correct!
