So glad we’ve found this local coffee shop with a great customer service and absolutely delicious coffee, and sweets. Inside the coffee shop is a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Me and my husband have enjoyed it very much. We would definitely want to come here again.

Me and my boyfriend came here for the first time and it was super adorable and cozy inside ! They had cinnamon roll cupcakes and they were delicious! The workers were also really nice! Definitely coming back!

Baked item is what you would expect. The customer service is outstanding though and the coffee was made just the way I like it.

Enjoyed the blended chai latte with whip cream and a slice of chocolate cake. I will certainly be back. Always friendly staff which makes the whole experience better.

Hazel's is an underrated gem. Their flavors are absolutely delicious, and they offer large sizes. I prefer Hazel's over any other coffee in the area. I only wish they were open later.

Hazel’s coffee is the best in town. I absolutely love their flavored coffees. I would recommend their coffee over Dunkin or Starbucks any day. Absolutely the best! And the people there are the friendliest people you’ll meet.

I have followed this business on Facebook for a while simply because of their humor. I finally stopped by 2 weeks go and grabbed an iced mocha coffee, it was delicious and under $4! You can't beat the price and the guy working the window was over the top friendly. You can't beat seeing a happy face serving you your order.

Every coffeehouse I go to that offers lavender flavor, I’ll try it. I get iced lavender vanilla lattes. I had one at hazels today, and it was absolutely perfect. The best one I’ve had so far. Not too sweet but perfectly delicious. I had it with half-and-half which is also how I always take my coffee. You have to try hazels coffeehouse in Monroe. It’s locally owned, so you’ll be supporting your neighbor!

Another quaint coffee shop find with open floorplan done "living room" style with couches and chairs throughout space. It's a whole family affair as I met with the husband and wife owner team and their children. Neat find at the corner of the shopping center.

Just came from Hazel's coffee shop first time there and the vibe is beautiful, I met the owner and she is so down to earth. The coffee is delicious 😋. I will be back weekly!

We loved this place. We were looking for a coffee shop on the way to Charlotte. The GPS took us here. What a fortunate turn of events. The owners were delightful. It was awesome. Coffee drinks were great. Plus, it was like we walked into a room of friends. Loved it so much. We will be back. You cant go wrong at this delightful place.

Recently found this place and I love it! Good coffee and convenient drive thru. My only complaints are I wish you had more weekend hours, and I don't love the styrofoam cups that iced drinks come in (can't be recycled).
That being said I'll definitely be a regular customer!

The Russian Milk Maid Latte is Great! Not too sweet, but has a prefect blend of white chocolate and irish cream and the coffee has good strength to it yet not too bold. The staff is also nice. Thumbs up for me :)
