We really enjoyed purchasing our couch here! The first time we just came to browse everyone was very helpful but also let us look around without intrusion. The next time we came we were interested in purchasing and Pat helped us with our purchase. He was very nice and not pushy! He helped us through the entire process! I would highly recommend purchasing furniture from here!

Pat was very helpful from the minute I walked in the door, looking for a new mattress set. First, he asked the necessary questions to determine my preferences and then actually studied how each mattress “fit” me when I lay down on it. He was aware of my budget and didn’t try to push a more expensive one on me, which I appreciated. All in all a very satisfactory experience!

I absolutely love this place! Thanks to Pat, he made shopping a pleasure. I will definitely be coming back. : )
The only problem I had was with Jesse, in the delivery department. Good luck with him! But overall love my furniture and most of the staff was very pleasant to work with…… there’s always one in the bunch that truly can’t help themselves. But thanks to Pat, we got everything the day before thanksgiving. He is amazing to work with.

Great experience! Pat was very helpful with our selections. He listened to what we needed, what we didn't care about, what we could afford, and helped accordingly. Basically spent a LOT of time with us to make sure we were getting what we want and need. We also had a lot of fun chatting about unrelated things in between business talk. Hopefully we're fine buying furniture for a while but we'll be back when we're ready for more. Highly recommend!

Renee and Pat are so helpful and true professionals. They took their time and gave us space to make our decision. No pressure tactics at all. Our first visit Renee gave us a tour showed us all the options (dinning room table & chairs). No pressure come back when you’re ready. Came back today and Pat walked us through all our questions and we finished and bought a beautiful table and chairs that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend you stop in at Eller & Owens for a no pressure buying experience.

Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. The sales folks let you look and didn’t bug us while we were looking. We purchase the moderately priced furniture and it is great. Our last purchase was a Lazy Boy couch and recliner. Great furniture store and staff.

The facility itself had all of the sample options available and Pat had all the information needed for us to make our decision. Their pricing is competitive. The lift coffee table I purchased fits my needs perfectly. It’s something I’ve been looking for a long time. The coffee table had a great sale price making the hour drive to Eller and Owens worth the trip. Home Decor Specialist, Ms. Robinson, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
