Jeff was fantastic! We had a bed frame failure and was able to get an appointment and leave with our new adjustable frame and mattress by lunch! Jeff made sure we knew all of our options and helped us make the best decision for us! And even offered to help us get it home!

Love love love my new hybrid mattress and linen set with memory foam pillows😻 I fell asleep in 60 seconds lastnight cause that mattress was so comfortable, the set up was so simple and so exciting !! My husband Rob and I met Jeff at the Franklin Store and he was super nice and very easy to deal with. He explained all of the mattresses and gave us plenty of time to try out the mattresses. We were very pleased with the turn around time and delivery. We also bought a pillow from him which my husband loves and it helps with his snoring!!

This is the greatest place to buy a mattress. No headaches, no hassles, no pressure. Everyone can afford. Picked out favorite one got a frame out in minutes with my new bed. If I knew it was this easy, I would have done it years ago. They are so nice and informative. First time I woke with no backache.
