Mattress Now - Garner Store

We were so excited to find a store that offers online mattresses to try. We worked with Rudy and he was fantastic. Rudy is very knowledgeable, patient and not pushy at all. He even moved a mattress we liked to an adjustable base for us to try. I highly recommend seeing him if you’re in the market for a new mattress!

Came here to try out some mattresses that I had seen online or heard about. Scott was friendly, helpful, and did everything he could to make my search for a mattress easier. We traded stories about injuries and back pain, and he never tried to pressure or upsell me on anything. Strongly recommend this place. You won't find better people, better service, or better prices anywhere.

Rudy was extremely friendly and professional. Establishment is dog friendly, so definite plus. We got great service and great prices. Delivery was in the time promised and drivers were polite and professional. I recommend this location.

This place has the best online mattresses in Garner like Nectar, Puffy, Helix, DreamCloud+. I love that you can try them in the store before you pick one. Highly recommended!

They provide an awesome experience of trying all of the online options in person. He provided us with an awesome deal which resulted in us getting our dream mattress. Delivery was super fast and they also took our old mattress away. Would highly recommend!!

We love our mattress! One of easiest big purchases we've ever done. Love that you can test out the online box mattresses in the store. Owner was great and no pushy sales people there. Delivered and took away our old mattress with no problem. Would have even delivered next day but we weren't home. Got a Nectar!

Scott was amazing at helping my roommate find a new mattress and headboard last minute. He explained all of her options and knew where to guide her based on her personal needs and preferences. He was able to deliver it next day to our home and even set it up for us. I’m happy to continue to do business with him.

Scott and Bob are AWESOME! My boyfriend and I came in looking for a new mattress. Bob took his time showing us mattresses, he was not pushy in the slightest. We came back and purchased from Scott.
What really shines here is the customer service. We unfortunately ran into a couple of issues with our first mattress, but Scott was more than happy to help and we both feel that he did a great job resolving our issue.

I have a bad history with mattresses. In my adult life, moving from place to place it's been a series of bargain bin futons, Amazon foam, and hard as rock hand-me-downs that were old enough to have seen Jim Clark race. After moving to the area, my husband and son staged a coup and decided they would choose the mattresses now.

The idea of going to a mattress store was strange to me. They're mattresses! How complicated could they be? As it turns out, there's a lot of technology hidden inside those fluffy quilted rectangles.

To my surprise, I'm really glad we went. The guy (and I'm kicking myself for forgetting his name! He was very helpful, and patient, with no pressure. He deserves to have his name remembered.) was (also) very informative and helped us save a chunk of money. He was also clear on delivery dates and how things could be delayed, though in the end there were no delays!

On top of all that, the new mattresses were delivered and another guy (this time it's not my fault for not knowing his name! My husband took the delivery, he told me it was really heavy but the dude got everything upstairs no problems.) got them set up, took all the packing materials away AND even took our old mattresses!

If all that wasn't enough, as it turns out there was a problem getting the mattress we had ordered for our son, so they upgraded us for free after verifying that the upgraded mattress would fit in his frame.

The mattresses themselves are fantastic. I wish we had need for more mattresses because I would 100% go here again.

I purchased a Mattress here a few months ago and I was uncomfortable on the mattress after those few months, I brought this up to the owner and he made swapping it out for another mattress easy and delivered it the same weekend. If you are looking for an affordable mattress then stop searching because this is the place to go. Professional service and quick delivery (Be aware certain mattress may take a week or two to be delivered but this is True almost everywhere you go). Thank you Scott for helping me sleep better :)

Had a great experience purchasing a mattress for my 3 year old daughter! I called to make sure they had ANY queen sized plush mattresses in stock and was not disappointed! Even ended up purchasing a queen sized platform bed frame as well! Will absolutely be going back to purchase mattresses and bed frames for my three sons when the time comes! The owner was very nice and ensured me that my purchase would be delivered within a few hours, and it was. Love Mattress Now!

So, I was so close in pulling the plug online this memorial day weekend, I was going to buy the dreamcloud premier, we didn't intend to go to any local mattress stores because of all the sales pitch and all. Anyways we came up on the store as we were pulling into cookout and we were like, let's just go in and check if they have dreamcloud. Scott was your old school honest upfront guy, no pressure from him. I took my time laid out he checked once a while. We ended up buying the mattress, a bed set and box spring. He gave us a good deal and it will be delivered and setup . I am not one to leave reviews but if people will read this and give him a shot vs big box stores then my purpose for writing a review is success. Thank you again Scott, I am pending deliver and setup so dont let me down Scott. Also I didnt end up buying the premier version ,I bought the original one which is way cheaper but not.once he pushed me.to buying the more expensive one

Can't say enough about the customer service we received from Scott! We were having a difficult time finding the right mattress that fit our comfort needs. Scott was willing to swap our mattresses until we found the right one with no hassle. Prices were fair, and offered a large selection. Would highly recommend anyone to do their business here!

Love this store! Incredible is the word to describe the service I received from owner Scott Green. Friendly service with a smile, very honest, patient and made great recommendations. I came to Mattress now in desperate need of a new mattress. My old one was exactly that old. Scott was very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the products. He did not try to sell me something I did not need, but something that was in my budget! They have wide variety and something for everyone. If you're in the market for a great mattress at a great price and most importantly a great nights sleep this is the place. I will be referring all my friends and family.
