If you want intelligent, capable and honest doctors and nurses who will see you in a timely manner then this is not the location for you. I started coming here due to the proximity to my job so I could receive my shots and I have had nothing but issues and it's been less than 4 months. They wait times are horrendous, nobody on staff ever has the answers to your questions, they don't communicate or read notes which in my case resulted in a duplicate prescription refill that resulted in unnecessary wait times for my medication. On one of my visits the shot technician didn't communicate the different injector being used to administer my shots which resulted in extreme pain and when I yelled at her to stop she was horribly rude and then proceeded to lie to her superiors telling them I was screaming and cursing all to save her own behind from a complaint that was never filed. And today my wait time was double and then I was lied to about the standard wait time by the technician. I have been receiving the same shot for at least 6 years and it's never taken longer than 20 minutes to mix with an exception or 2 and now after all the issues I'm being punished with lies and excessively long wait times. This place needs to do better. If I could go elsewhere I would.

This place is not good for taking allergy shots. If you are 1 minute late, they will not take you for allergy shot and you have to come back because those providers don't want to wait. They don't understand any type of situation. They don't have afternoon hours upto late . They close at 4.30 pm and my son comes home at 3.50 pm home then I have to take him to this Mooresville office in traffic and by any chance if you get one or two mins late, they shut down because of those providers not stay one or two mins late for their patients.
