Our experience with Brian was incredible, we were in the process of moving from another state and Brian ensured we found the property of our dreams in a timely manner. He went above and beyond scheduling video calls for us to view properties without physically being in state. He advised us on everything we would need to close right away and thoroughly detailed each step in closing the process. He is so professional and friendly, he promptly followed up on all pending items and helped with any concerns we had. He worked his magic and we were able to find a house and close all in three weeks! We are forever grateful to Brian for helping us find our forever home!

I’ve worked with Brian Sayavong and L&E on a couple of transactions and I can’t say enough good things about both Brian and the firm. We were referred to L&E by family members who worked with them to buy a house. We worked with Carolyn and Brian to find our first home and could not have had a better experience. They really went out of their way to be available any time to answer questions or find out information for us. As a first-time home buyer, I felt very informed at every step and not once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. We found our home faster than expected and Carolyn and Brian worked hard to make sure we were happy at the end of the whole deal. 10/10 would highly recommend L&E to anyone trying to buy/sell their home or manage properties.

As first time home buyers, my husband and I were so happy with our realtors. Brian and Carolyn were the perfect duo and exceeded our expectations in a realtor. They were very patient and treated us like family. We would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new home.

Some of these reviews are ridiculous. It only shows the basic ignorance of the individuals leaving the reviews for not reading the lease before signing it. Read your lease and addendums. Honor the terms of the lease and the addenda, and you will get your deposit back. It's very easy. Regardless of how long you live in the property, the terms remain the same. It's a very simple process. Everything is in writing so I don't understand the complaints I'm reading for this company. Sad people can't adult... I HIGHLY recommend this company.

My family just closed on our new home yesterday and we could not be happier! Brian Sayavong with L&E has been a tremendous help getting me headed in the right direction after a very difficult stage in my life. My needs (and wants) along with my budget were a stretch from day one and I often thought we would never find what I was looking for . It took some time and a lot of looking to find our "just right" spot, but he was always optimistic and was determined that we would find it! He was personable, patient, thoughtful, accommodating, and available at the drop of hat on more than one occasion. He was always listening and quick to pick up on what I did and didn't want in my new home. He acknowledged my kids and listened to their thoughts and even got them gifts for their new rooms after closing. His communication skills are exemplary and I never felt that I was bothering him or asking stupid questions. He's new in the real estate game, but do not let that fool you! He is incredibly knowledgeable already and has an amazing support system in Carolyn and the other staff members at L&E...if he doesn't know an answer, he does not hesitate to ask and get back to you quickly. We've enjoyed working with him so much and he is now helping my Grandfather find a new home as well! Brian and L&E, my family is forever grateful.

I have had L&E properties as my property managers for 6 years now and they have been the absolute BEST. I have other property managers for other properties but they pale in comparison to L&E. Sadly L&E isn't where my other properties are or they would be managing all of them. Our relationship is coming to an ending because I am selling my home but if I return to the area I won't be shopping around or looking for alternatives they are the FIRST and ONLY people I will be calling. Thank you for beyond reproach service and outstanding people.

L and E is so very professional. Every request was answered quickly with quality services. I enjoyed working with the office for both myself and when they rented to my father before he passed. They are reasonable and have really easy systems for paying the rent and reporting repairs that need to be done. They are top notch in my book.

Everyone I have worked with at L&E has been great. I have mostly been working with Michelle as of late and can't say enough good things about her. Thank you all for going above and beyond and being really good to us as renters. We have now moved out of the house and had no issues closing out the lease. Give them a chance because most of the negative reviews are probably from people who expect something that is out of L&E's hands.

By word of mouth I hired this company to represent me thru my property. I met and spoke with a representative from L& E properties and I wz NOT disappointed. They REALLY care about their clients. I felt comfortable and not rushed. I asked questions and got answers that made sense to me. They didn't make me feel as if I didn't know anything even though this is my 1st rental property. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Carolyn and her team were super helpful, great with communication, and made looking for a home fun and easy.

I am a first time renter and moving out on my own for the first time was difficult but Mandy and Jesse were so so so kind and helpful! Everyone else was too, but I primarily dealt with these two. I sent in a maintenance request this morning and after an hour I received a response from them about my situation and they have been nothing but helpful aside from this too. They are always willing to answer my questions and I never feel like I am being annoying by asking.

I have used L&E for property management of my rental for the last 10 years and it has been a pleasure to do business with them. They have handled everything for me from finding new tenants, to managing existing tenants with annual inspections to dealing with any repairs/issues that have come up. I recently decided to sell the property and used L&E to list it. Again it was a seamless experience and the sale was closed within a couple of weeks. Highly recommend.

Carolyn at L & E Properties helped my wife and I find and purchase our first home. She is wonderful to work with and is always incredibly quick to respond to inquiries. Moreover, she is very flexible in scheduling home visits; if she was ever unavailable, she always had one of her agents assist us (special shout out to Amber!).

Most important, however, is Carolyn's approach to the process. As first-time buyers, she helped us thoroughly understand the steps involved and assisted us in making informed decisions every step of the way. She was always ready to answer our questions. As an added bonus, Carolyn is also well-networked with a multitude of local service providers (e.g. inspector, painter, flooring, AC, etc.) and connected us to them.
