I was quite pleased with the service and treatment Dr. Gilchrist and the staff had given me. It was vey easy to get an appointment and the receptionist was very thorough with instructions and expectations for the appointment. Dr. Gilchrist is pleasant, understanding and articulate. She spent a lot of time with me and was actually concerned about my medical condition. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gilchrist & Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center in Mooresville, NC.

Dr. Gilchrist provided very personable service. She took her time with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout my testing. You don't find doctors like her everyday anymore. She was great!

I love this office. The shot room people, nurse Holley & Dr Gilchrist are all warm, kind and knowledgeable! I appreciate the work they do and the time they take.

The folks at Carolina Asthma & Allergy center are all wonderful, starting from the reception, nurses to the Doctors. Dr Gilchrist is very personable and thorough. She is a great communicator, in that she makes sure you understand what she is saying and answers your questions and/or concerns. Highly recommend this center and this Doctor!

I went to Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center after a traumatic event. I was treated by Dr. Gilchrist and she was great. Very detailed and caring throughout the exam along with providing reassurance. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Gilchrist for your medical needs. Great experience!

Dr. Gilchrist and staff were amazing. Had me in and out in no time and were very helpful explaining the causes of my allergies.

Dr. Parkhurst was wonderful as usual. She is quite warm and professional in her approach to caring for her patients. She made my daughter feel welcome at at ease while going over her issues that needed her attention. This staff is always outgoing and you will be met with a friendly atmosphere every time you visit this office. Thank you for the top notch care. 😊

Had 2 injections, nurse Erica is and always very gentle and caring.

Dr Lemke and her staff are so professional yet personable. Love going there.

Just want to shout out to Erica who gives me my shots each week. She is so personable and makes the unpleasant chore of getting a weekly shot actually very pleasant and I enjoy our short interaction each time. Thank you Erica!

Lovely staff! I was very anxious coming in for my first visit, but the team made it very welcoming and easy to get my testing done. I highly recommend going into this office if you have asthma or suspect allergies. They have epipens on hand for any severe reactions.

I went for allergy testing recently and saw Dr. Lemke. She was both friendly and informative. We did my testing, established a plan, and scheduled my next appointments. I thought everything went as smooth as I hoped. Friendly staff in everyone I spoke to. Nice office too.

I do wish I wasn’t constantly bombarded with emails/texts asking me to check in nearly 6 times when I already did.

One other thing worth mentioning is how I was told about a special epi-pen that’s designed to be smaller for ease. I was excited hearing about it- but then found out my insurance doesn’t cover that one and I need to get a clunky one in order to not spend a lot of out of pocket money. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if I wasn’t told about the nicer one as if my insurance covered it. Hoping going forward we can check on coverage before getting patients hopes up. I’ll survive but it’s disappointing.

Dr. Gilchrist was amazing, very compassionate, and empathetic. I was nervous and she helped me. She gave me an excellent client experience by being very knowledgeable and professional. I also really appreciate the hospitality from all of the staff there. Would highly recommend her!

We had a great first time visit at CAAC. The doctor and all of the staff were great with my daughter. They explained everything and made my daughter so much more comfortable than when we walked in. I am very happy my daughter is now in their care!
