Amazing experience with Linda and Ken! They take pride in what they do and it shows! Great service! I always leave happy! My nails are always top quality and out last anywhere else!

My daughter and I went and had our nails done. We didn't have to wait long and the owner was super friendly. She even tried to encourage my 6-year-old son while we were there!

She did an amazing job fixing my nails from a previous nail salon and made me feel refreshed and so satisfied with the final product.

Stephanie painted my daughter's nails and she was so pleased with the final result.

My daughter, mother and sister have been coming for nail services and we are very pleased with the customer service, reasonable prices, location and clean salon. I have been coming for many years before bringing my family. I have a wonderful relationship with the owners and staff. They are friendly, talented and dedicated. Busy times have occurred when we walked in and it was disappointing to wait or come back because of shortages of staff. I make our appointments instead of walking in. Their consistent service and being able to return if something happens is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this salon.

My last nail tech at ANOTHER nail salon did me so dirty. So i called Upscale and they had an appointment open for me after i told the situation. My nails came out BEAUTIFUL! I shouldve gotten his name because he DID THAT! It felt like we worked as a team. Guy with the green shirt yesterday! He did this beautiful art work. Thank you so much for fixing my nails from my last nail tech! They look way better than what I ever had. I will be back! I will be going to him again! 🧡

This is my go to Nail Salon in Raleigh/Wake Forest! Love the service here as well as the peaceful vibe in this salon, the way a salon should feel. They provide the best and most relaxing pedicures here. Most recently I also got this trendy V shaped french manicure set and absolutely loved it! The male at the salon painted them very carefully with a feathered nails brush, creating art on my nail, thank you!

Wonderful friendly service. I regularly frequent Upscale for pedicures and brow waxing but got a full gel set for an upcoming trip.

I love this place so much!! I haven’t been able to go in a while because of the COVID but I finally got to go and let me just say…AMAZING! I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she did them perfectly, and even a little better. They have so much better pricing compared to some places and you get what you pay for!

Maya gave the BEST pedicure! I will definitely be back and I’ll request her for my next visit.

I’ve tried multiple different nail salons in Raleigh because I’m new to the area, Upscale has the best results AND the best prices. Tim did a beautiful job on my nails.. I’ve never been so happy with them. He did a beautiful flower design that he hand drew.. I was blown away by how amazing it looked. It was the best my nails have ever looked. I’m writing this a month after I actually went because my nails are still going strong with that same design. Thank you, Tim.. I will never go anywhere else!

My first time here and I love it! The lady that did my nails was so nice and patient, I wasn’t completely sure on what I wanted to do but she helped me pick colors and what she thought would look good! They do designs, amazing! And they’re very friendly! Definitely recommend! ♥

My wife enjoyed herself. I must say her nails looked amazing. The pedicure spa chair was a nice treat for her also and her feel were so soft. A-1 customer service and they even offered sodas and other beverages. I’m glad she had this time to herself. I know she will be returning. Thanks Linda & Maya for pampering my wife.

My name is Stephanie. I recently relocated from Brier Creek to North Raleigh. I was in search of a good quality local nail salon. Thank you to the excellent reviews of Upscale Nails I opted to try this salon out. I was more than pleased! Linda greeted me like family when I walked in the door. I could tell that they have a very regular clientele and EVERYONE is treated like family. Ken was my nail technician for my gel fill and pedicure. He did an absolute PERFECT job! This is most definitely my new regular nail salon!
