Very busy but everyone gets the same attention when they are waited on.

I came into this store and was greeted and helped very well by Melissa! She was amazing and very informative. I've never experienced this level of customer service in any store I've been in!! The next time you come into this store and need help make sure to go to Melissa!!

This pharmacy's workers are AMAZING!! They are kind, helpful and responsive. I changed from a different Walgreens to this one.

Always the best pharmacy. The staff and pharmacists are the best out of any pharmacy I have ever been too. I have been to many pharmacies and have a few closer to where I live but I go out of my to stay with them. They are really friendly, knowledgeable and get to know you. Fast service. I can't say enough good things about the pharmacy department here. You are always greeted when you come in. Keep up the great job and this is how service should be. Thank you for all you do for me and my family.

I was looking for my prescription, which was nowhere to be found, and here they helped me a lot and quickly found my medicine in another place. Thank you very much for your help especially the young lady who was very helpful.

Just not the same since they removed part of the store.

The online renew prescription function doesn't let you choose when you need to pick up the Rx. I had to change the pick up time by calling the pharmacy. This resulted in being placed on hold for 45 minutes because "one person" was ahead of me. The person I dealt with didn't want to hear about my experience and was rude.

It was very frustrating to drive to the store on November 14, 2021 for a prescription and other items only to find out (from a sign on the door) they are closed on Sundays. Not just the pharmacy but the entire store… You only get away with that these days if you make the world’s best chicken sandwiches and openly recognize Sunday as the sabbath.

I shopped at this Walgreens on 12/8/18. The Manager(an upper-middle age gentleman) was very rude/jerk. I had a coupon that was mailed to me and it would not scan. He told the cashier it just doesn't work and walked away!!?? Huh.. It wasn't expired!!! The TEAM LEADER ( a much younger gentleman) manually entered the coupon in and he apologized for the inconvenience. He was very professional. He is the reason why I gave my visit 2 stars if not it would be negative in stars if possible. The cashiers are always friendly. The managers are never visible and they should keep it that way. I will try the Walgreen's on Rogers road next time.

They are overloaded. One of the pharmacy technicians said “if you want good service, then it’s not here”. If you need something with any urgency, find a different pharmacy.
