Been coming to this gas station for years. Always well stocked, especially after the remodel. The late night cashier Simone is always helpful and nice. Can’t wait for hot food to come back

Visited the store when I was visiting from out of town. Simon, the store attendant was very helpful as I didn't know the store layout. Was able to get what I needed quicky. I appreciated the help and the positive and friendly attitude I received. Thanks very much Simon!

This is a good place to get a cold drink before you catch a movie, or if you have super bad dry-mouth.

$.89, 32 oz. fountain drinks with flavors and "chewy" ice. Clean, friendly and well stocked. US Post office on-site is way handy.

This has been my "go to" gas station for over 5 years, even with a new Sheetz opening just recently on the opposite corner. However the past few weeks has directed me across to Sheetz. I have recently encountered several disappointing experiences. My first issue took place a few months ago when I used the "In House" local post office and mailed a payment via Money Order and unfortunately the money order never arrived to Aflac. I spoke with the manager about the discrepancy and she was not very useful. After following up multiple times and providing the manager with my contact details since she stated she would contact me when the security cameras were reviewed by Senior Management, she NEVER even called me once to follow up instead we only communicated when I went into the gas station. After several weeks of having to visit the store for face to face follow up she finally advised several cameras were not working properly on the date of question (how convenient) Moving forward the next time I sent a payment/package I captured several photod during my transaction to ensure I didn't allow history to repeat itself and I'm happy to say Aflac received my package. Moving forward my daughter and husband comes into the gas station at least 2x a week to purchase a bag of ice and has been doing so every since my husband was told by one of the employees that the gas station provided bag ice which he would benefit more from instead of buying 2 x-large cups daily, from that day forward we no longer purchased cups of ice instead we purchased a bag of ice multiple times a week...yes I love crushed ice however after several verbal discussions about why we seem to pay different prices depending on the employee working and I advised a specific employee that I should not have to fill the bag of ice on my own and at which time she was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL while asking another colleague to assist me in such a very disappointing manner, a few weeks later when my daughter came to purchase a bag of ice at which time she was told they would no longer be selling bag ice to customers. Really????? The customer service demonstrated by certain employees is EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISAPPOINTING...Moving forward we will be spending our money elsewhere and I will advise both my friends and family to do the same. It's so upsetting that some people in the workplace are so unhappy with their career choices. I have always emphasized to people if you don't like your place of work find another job especially if you interact with customers daily. My family and I are very disappointed in certain employees that work at this Cruizer establishment especially since we have been LOYAL customers for such an extended amount of time.

Very irresponsible station. A man-hole size cover opening between the New Falls N Dr and the pumps had been removed. No signs. As I drove in to the station (nothing marking the spot) I went right through it. Split both tires and broke 2 rims. $850 worth of damages.

No one on the premises that could take responsibility.

Never open 24 hours. I stop by once a week and no one is there. Sheetz is truly round the clock. No more Cruizers for me. Im referring to the one next to the Hibernian on Fall of the Neuse Rd. Thank god there's a sheetz 4 miles up.

Staff needs to learn customer service. Girl didn’t speak up so I asked her what she said and then threw my receipt at me.
