Hyatt House Seattle/Bellevue

The bed was amazing, and the room had a kitchenette, which I was surprised by. Lovely room! Quiet and cozy. Front desk was very nice. I didn't get a chance to try out the pool and hot tub but it looked nice in there. I will definitely stay again! It is only 4 min away from Safeway and other restaurants.

Great amenities, great service, great location, nothing to complain.
The most impressive thing is their room service. We lived here for more than two weeks, so there were tons of our personal belongings, beddings. In the room. However, they still cleaned our room everyday, and even organized our stuff very well.
How touched it is!

Absolute Oasis after having to leave the house unexpectedly due to a potential landslide situation. Clean and pretty with a warm and helpful staff! Spent the first night at red lion, and was not impressed😩. Would never go anywhere else but the Hyatt House Bellevue now!! Mom, kids and dogs happy.

What a great place to stay! Pleasant and helpful staff, nice (comfortable) rooms, with plus sized bathrooms, which is nice when traveling with a family. Convenient location right off the freeway. Decent work out room next to the (small) pool and jacuzzi. Definitely good enough for me to get in a quick workout while the kids swam and my wife soaked. Free parking (hard to find in the area)! We will absolutely return!

I found this property for a split-second decision to stay in Bellevue instead of Seattle (my go-to choice). I’m glad I made the right choice and stayed at this property. Firstly, the representative at the front, Shenese (hope I have the spelling and name right), was lovely and very accommodating. A warm smile after a long drive with kids is so appreciated.

The room was super clean and the ideal size for a family of four. The hotel has ample complimentary parking, decent pool and a free breakfast!

Oberall, was pleasantly surprised. I will make this my new Seattle spot, considering the the amazing service , ideal location and hotel amenities.

This hotel is less expensive than the other Hyatt in Bellevue and has great customer service—front desk staff (Nari), H Bar servers, and breakfast staff, a location convenient to accessing Bellevue College, and clean updated rooms. I highly recommend staying here.

Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was quite decent. I really like the free parking garage, surely improved safety. Not a bad drive to downtown.

Great location, water pressure is amazing. Beds are comfy and staff friendly. The breakfast buffet has a good selection with eggs, meat, potatoes, breads, fruit, juices. Oatmeal as well.

Shockingly good. Have spent a lot of time at Hyatt and the hotel was well-worth the time and money. New building with clean rooms, friendly staff, indoor and outdoor parking. The location is not too walkable and you'll probably need a car to get back and forth.

We stayed here on a family vacation to Seattle. Though not in Seattle proper, the drive to the city was easy from here, a lot less expensive and free parking. Plus the area was very nice and felt safe. The king suite was very nice and roomy. I cannot say enough about the staff (especially the front desk). They were all very friendly, informative and accommodating.

The front desk was pleasant. Sharon was very friendly and I had a nice conversation with her. The lobby and the room were very clean and the bed was nice. It has a nice pool and hot tub. Their breakfast was good for a motel. I would recommend it to others.

The rooms are very nice. The front desk staff are amazing especially the woman working the day I checked out 5/22/2023. I definitely will be staying here again. The breakfast is really good. They staff serving is really nice too.

Cheri was the sweetest front desk clerk who found us a room on a sold out night. We really appreciate her going the extra mile to ensure we would have a much needed restful night after attending an emotional memorial earlier in the day. This location was clean, modern, and we chose it for it's high star rating and free parking.

I come and stay here a lot on business. The food in the bar and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The Chef is wonderful. Jessica at the front desk is fantastic. Cesar is great in the bar for fancy bottle flipping service. The rooms are great and my service dog loves it here as well. Thanks. Will be back soon.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!! My kids loved the pool and fire pit! The room was super clean and we loved the free breakfast in the morning. The staff was so welcoming and professional! I would highly recommend the cucumber margarita from the restaurant!! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Great place to crash for the night; friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bar/breakfast area. Love the music they play in the lobby area. Would totally stay here again. Only got mad because they kicked us out of the pool and jacuzzi at 10pm.

Main reason we stayed here: free covered parking. Bonus: free breakfast, and the jacuzzi.

We've stayed at dozens of places like this, and this is one of the best. Loved the fireplace inside the bar, and even the outdoor fire-pit, where I even sat outside for awhile. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel like this. Again, I loved the SiriusXM rock music in the lobby and other areas, it gave the place a good vibe.

Great stay. It has little kitchenet inside the room. The kitchen has just enough to prepare some simple meals, but somehow stove top was very weak and took about an hour just to boil the pot of water. But still it is nice to have feature. Bed and couch were comfortable. They have pool, gym, and laundry place on first floor. All of those are nicely maintained and very clean. Also, as location wise, it is located next to Transit Center, so has easy access to many number of buses, so if you are thinking about moving around by bus it is great place. But the downside of this place is there is no store/ restaurant in walking distance, so it is troublesome if you want to grub some small little something.

We stayed here 3 nights. Great location, traffic wasn’t too bad, clean rooms, easy parking, and nice breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

I’m type A and research potential stays very thoroughly so was impressed to find the Hyatt Seattle/Bellevue with dozens of consistent and recent highly positive reviews that I found all to be accurate during our stay as a family of three (2 adults + 6 mo infant). We booked a non-refundable stay weeks in advance (for the advanced rate) and I was able to upgrade our accommodations and add a night’s stay the week of via their online support. Fast online check-in & check-out allowed us to avoid waiting on concierge, therefore, giving us flexibility during our trip. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, easy to navigate, and with great dining selections—breakfast buffet & chef’s menu! There is ample seating in the dining hall, fresh food, and very helpful workers there. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor and although our confirmation email stated something along the lines of “Your stay is not eligible for automatic daily housekeeping”, housekeeping still came and tidied the room which we appreciated. Wonderful staff went above and beyond going out of their way to help us with our infant (ie. offering a plastic spoon instead of metal that was available); though these acts were small, they made a big difference for us during our stay as first time parents traveling with an infant. Guests were equally as friendly and polite!

**ONLY thing I would suggest (coming from a service industry work standpoint, not that the situation bothered me at all as I interact with dissatisfied clients daily) is training concierge staff to deescalate upset customers with simple, but meaningful phrases immediately and having them step aside with the customer to discuss their concerns more privately and quietly so as not to give other guests bad impressions of the hotel.

The situation: Around 5:20pm 11/4/2022 we arrived, baby in arms, to finish check in (receiving our key cards). At the front desk was a gentleman loudly discussing financial matters; how his luggage was still in the room and a company’s (unsure if Hyatt or other) failing communication with him causing concierge to inform him that there are additional fees not covered as check-out was earlier that day. The male guest rambled his grievances for 5 minutes before the concierge interjected with helpful statements and then complete our check-in.
