Wonderful, caring, and timely service!

The was a recommendation that was definitely disappointing. No communication! She filed my LLC and it took almost a month Not due to Covid but simply a delay in filing ( 2 weeks approx, after being paid in full). I had to call to find out any info that I felt she should of updated me with. She also proceeded to tell me after I already found out on my own about the LLC being accepted that she would now need additional info for my EIN # which she advised I would have the morning of when I was approved for that LLC by the state. It took her 2 extra days to get back to me and advised that she needed my ssn and or I can get my EIN myself! I paid for a full service but was not given what I paid for.
