Upon renting two storages, the process was fast easy and very simple. The manager who helped me out, made me feel nice relaxed and comfortable doing my transition. I am happy to have found this place at this time. Glad to be doing business with you guys.

I needed a storage unit in like 6 days. The girls helped me pin down the size I need and showed me their offerings. Helped so much. They explained how the door closure timers work so my move will hopefully be successful. And they also the polite, cute, and, professional.

Not only was staff well mannered and very helpful but was quite detailed in there job with superior communication skill to leave no stone unturned.

So, the Property Manager Jordan was spectacularly incredible at her job and her communication skills and made very comfortable and the feeling all my property is in hands...

We needed a storage space for a lot of our things and we decided to check this place out. We filled out an application online and it was pretty easy.

They showed us a few units and we picked one that worked for us, but last minute we decided to get a bigger one and they helped us find one with no problems.

This place is gated, it’s always clean, and the interior is very clean and smells clean. Definitely worth the price for such a good storage place!

Very good presentation of the options for storage units. Clean and modern facility. Opted for the indoor storage since we have so many boxes of retention that is a lot of paper.

I had a very good experience renting a storage unit here. Jordan was very helpful. She gave me the tour including showing me the unit I rented. Even though I did everything online she was able to answer questions and printed a hard copy of the lease. She’s a pro! The site is awesome. It’s very nicely done and well kept. The layout is easy to navigate and it’s very secure. I’m real happy with it. I have a 5X7 that works good for me having a 2 bedroom apartment. Highly recommend!

First time needing a storage space and wasn't satisfied with any that I looked up. . Then today , this facility popped up so I looked into it .. and WOW .. BEST DRSL FOR A 5X5 . BEATS ALL THE OTHERS and the customer service was the best . A great place to store any thing . Heated units , trolly for loading and unloading , huge elevator and Soo clean. From the outside to the units . Would recommend 10/ 10. Thanks Jordan for a positive experience in a stressful time .

Amazing experience at View Pointe Storage! Had a unit here for about a year and never had an issue. Jordan was fantastic and helped answer any questions we had when upgrading to a larger unit. Would definitely recommend if looking for a safe, secure storage facility with wonderful, helpful staff!

I was in need of a larger storage unit and a better facility than the one I was at previous. I called around and when I contacted View Pointe they were very helpful in getting me set up in not only a larger unit but at a facility that had a really friendly and helpful staff. The facility is a newer one, looks very maintained and clean and I have dealt with both Evan and Jordan and couldn’t be more satisfied with my choice of storage units! Ease of access, easy to make payments, cleanliness and quality staff make me glad I made the switch!!

I needed a storage unit for work supplies. This is a great location that is always clean with great customer service. Jordan in the office is ALWAYS kind and helpful when I need help switching to a larger unit or have general questions! She’s literally the reason I continue to use this place. It’s a safe and secure location which is also a plus.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They didn't have a unit in the size I reserved online, but gave me two units side by side that would add up to the same size as the one I reserved for no extra cost. Once I moved in my stuff, it turned out I only needed on of the smaller size and they happily removed the extra unit at no cost since I moved in the next day. Access to the units is really easy and the elevator is large enough to move my couch to the second floor with 3 people in it. There are plenty of carts for moving items and overall a great experience.

We have had very good service at this self storage facility. The staff members are always polite and go out of their way to help in any way they can. An example of this is when Jordan put an item in a safe place that we we had accidentally left outside of our storage unit.

Jordan was so helpful today showed us the units we wanted to look at. She was very patient with my mom and explained everything in detail on what she needed to know. Thank you Jordan!

We recently did some spring cleaning and realized that we can't fit all of our holiday decorations in our garage. My spouse and I went to see a few different self storage places, but none of them felt right. However after coming into this location and being greeted by Evan, we knew this was our best option.

This location felt very secured, clean, and affordable. Evan was very informative and patient with us. Answered all of our questions and concerns without any fret. We were very unsure about this location but after having a lengthy conversation with Evan we were convinced and signed a contact ASAP.

I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a storage unit. The staffs are highly trained and was very professional. They keep the spaces exceptionally clean and vibrant, which is rare for a storage unit facility.

Staff was great; they were friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and always well lit. It has good security and there is a covered area for unloading and loading that allows you to back right up to the building-- even if you are driving a moving truck--without blocking other people's units which is what happens in most facilities. The layout was well-thought out. The prices are really the lowest around.
