Red Lobster

Had a good time here tonight the Maple bacon chicken w/broccoli was so good 🤤the bacon 🥓 Macaroni n cheese 🧀 was a good choice for me to choose. I’m not big on shrimp 🍤 and seafood so I’m glad they had other options on the menu to choose. Will be coming back.

My 2nd time dining in at this location to have mid work week dinner. I sat at the bar and was assisted by a lovely young lady who delivered great customer service. The food was fresh, and the cocktails were outstanding. This is my favorite RL in NC.

My friends and I were there for lunch and a birthday celebration. Dallas was an excellent server-very attentive. I love lobster, but sometimes you van smell the tank. We did not. The cheddar biscuits were fresh, hot, and soft. We got the lunch specials. My friends got the coconut shrimp with a baked potato. I got the shrimp scampi with a loaded potato. I was surprised at the end with a dessert and a song. A very pleasant outing today.

We had an amazing dinner with our friends her, we were celebrating Her Birthday!! 🥳 Dallas was our server and he room excellent care of us!! I had a margarita which was fantastic and we always enjoy the Cheddar Bay Biscuits while waiting for our food. 👌 We enjoyed our meals I had the holiday Trio, my husband (not a seafood guy) always gets the chicken Alfredo, our friends got the ultimate feast and the combination dinner. Everything was amazing as always I had points on my AP to get the free lobster loaded potato and that was also very good. Dallas was very attentive to us and kept our drinks refilled and the bread coming (we even took some home). He is fun to talk to and really enjoys his job you can tell!!🤩 Great evening and time as always I probably shouldn't say this but we were meeting at Kanki (they don't take reservations tho) so with a 2hr wait we were like NO and came across the street here instead, so glad we did as it was a great time and probably better service and food than we would have had there...👌 Thank for the sundae surprise at the end for Denise's Birthday!!! 🍨

Going out of my way to give respect specifically for Tia and Joshua from Raleigh, NC!

I brought my family to Red Lobster for the first time and was extremely impressed by the food. However, I was more impressed by the host and server.

First, we walk in and Joshua was right there smiling to great us. He was as very warm and inviting. I felt like he wanted us there even though it was obvious that things were picking up in pace. Joshua smiled and held such incredible composure even after I physically saw someone be rude to him. (It was an employee at working with him who was rude to him. He tried to speak and this person literally ignored him when spoke and kept walking like they were stressed… and it wasn’t Tia) …::anyways Joshua is a keeper

Next, we were sat down with Tia. Tia is a superstar. She is extremely professional, educated and makes the best jalapeño pineapple margarita.

Tia had a rush come in and it seemed like she was the only server working. I literally saw her take 5 tables within ten min of taking my table. I watched her strategically plant out each table and correlate timing with good. It literally was a masterpiece. Every single time she spoke, she was classy and held composure. Y’all I’m not lying…. She was the bartender, the server for everyone and made herself look so professional like this was easy and her dream job. I mean really though, this type of work ethic between Joshua and Tia gets left unprotected and unnoticed. I pray God for all of us working ones off like Tia and Joshua and holding ourselves accountable to a standard of professionalism. Behavior and professionalism correlate. So do Joshua and Tia.

AMAZING EVERYTHING! I've been to "Red Lobsters" countless times over the past 20 years(mostly Greenville and Rocky Mount). This is BY FAR the best experience I've had in one. Upon arrival, they told us the wait time would be 25-30 mins. *Actually, it took half of that time. (So, I'm glad that we chose to wait.) The food was delicious and hot. The manager swung by to check on our table (no complaints). Last but not least, our waiter Milique (Malik) was courteous and attentive *despite the place being busy..we never had to look for him. ALL around great time! Didn't mind leaving a big tip. Will certainly come again the next time I'm in Raleigh.

That All U can eat shrimp is the business, but them Cheddar Bay Biscuits always steal the show.

I've been waiting for the Lobster 🦞 Lover's Dream to resurface on the menu for a while now! My 1st time having it was in California, but oh, how I got excited when I saw it was back!!!💃🏽 It is packed with 2 meaty lobster tails and the best shrimp and lobster linguine with creamy sauce that you will ever taste!!! I also had lobster cream potatoes 🥔 with the creamy sauce 😋 and a garden salad 🥗! This meal is truly worth every bite! There's so much of it that you probably won't get to eat it all in one setting. They offer dining as well as curbside pickup! Our curbside waitress was very kind, and it was all together an easy and tasty experience! We also signed up online to receive points for our orders in exchange for rewards because we will definitely be back! No food like seafood! Thanks, Red Lobster 🦞 you've done it again!❤

I'm impressed! I had a bad experience many years ago in Florida and never went back because of it. I had a wonderful experience this time and will be back. Everything was great! The service, food was amazing and wait time was great. Our server was very pleasant and caring. Thank you! Even the baby liked everything!!

My visit to this Red Lobster location was more than satisfactory. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. A waiter named Lawrence provided outstanding service to me and my friends, and I couldn't have asked for better. I ordered the Lobster Dream for $37.99, which included two lobsters and lobster shrimp linguine, and it was definitely worth the price. I am planning to come back to this Red Lobster location in the future.

We always love our Red Lobster Raleigh meals here. Always fast, hot and delicious, from the cheddar biscuits to any dessert we might share! Two especially nice and efficient servers, Dallas and Margo, are always on their game and very attentive and quick and friendly. We are usually seated quickly and the servers fast to greet our table. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quality. Never disappointed.

The food was delicious and waiter was great. He came back several times to ask if we needed anything and was patient with us when we were unsure about what to order. We were seated as soon as we got there so no wait time.I will definitely be going back.

This was a great dining experience. The food was tasty even if a bit salty. I was a little disappointed they don't offer shrimp cocktail as an appetizer any longer (Dragon shrimp was not a suitable replacement as the server suggested as it was spicier and saltier). I ordered the Crabfest as my entree and I was extremely pleased. I wish to return again in the near future

We celebrated my Birthday with my friends today. The food was delicious, Staff was very friendly & Professional. The Staff song Happy Birthday to me, this was so sweet. Thank you for your kindness
and Professional behavior. Our witness was so nice. I forgot to write her name but she was mature older lady with braids and very Friendly. I recommend this Restaurant.

We ordered a family size shrimp Alfredo, and asked for no tails on the shrimp (because who wants to eat around tails or get your fingers all Alfredo-ey taking the tails off…? Note to red lobster corporate: maybe use tailless shrimp. Please. 😭) and this location actually gave us tailless shrimp!!!! We were so happy. Because red lobster shrimp alfredo is the BEST and most YUMMY. Thank you!!!

Sometimes you are exactly where you're supposed to be at any given moment. I felt that when visiting this Red Lobster on Sunday. Margo greeted me with such warmth, she anticipated my needs and made me feel so loved. I know this is not really her job but just the attentiveness she showed was amazing. You don't see this so much anymore. When I return, I will definitely be looking for Margo. She made me want to return. I doubt if anyone else would be able to fill such amazing shoes. The bar has been set!!!

My husband and I went to Red Lobster in Raleigh for our anniversary. Our server, Omar, was excellent. He listened to what we didn't like and made suggestions. His recommendations were spot on. Food was excellent. I wish all servers were as knowledgeable and friendly as Omar. Just wish I wouldn't have to drive over an hour to eat at one. We would certainly go more.

Wait time was only a few minutes. We were treated warmly by our waitress. She took our order after serving us our drinks. She was very attentive and catered to our needs. All the food we ate was good and she treated us like her friends. Great disposition

I had such a great experience here. From the hostess to the waitress to every staff member I saw, nothing but friendliness and fantastic service. I got the Wednesday Surf & Turf special and it was delicious! It's been decades since I've been to a Red Lobster and I was so impressed by this location. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Plus, a 97% sanitation rating to boot!

The food was excellent as always I came there for my birthday. And the staff was very polite and helpful.
