Although he couldn't help in his store, he promptly called another location and successfully assisted me. Roland is truly an exceptional manager and person. Office Depot is consistent and they are professional. Their products are quality and services exceed others.

My order (3 prints) all had marks on them, like a printer malfunction. I can see how the associate who printed them might not have noticed. I showed the associate who was working and she reprinted my order right away- I walked away a few minutes later with great-looking prints and the prices for prints are reasonable. I have had good, quick service here before and this time was no different.

Roland was very helpful in picking out the printer and getting the correct ink.

Nathaniel and the staff are amazing. Everyone speaks and real cool. The store is always clean. My office is around the corner and have shopped here for years. Everyone is cordial and willing to help. I go to just look at pens sometimes and don’t feel like somebody watching me. It’s a great environment and love to shop here for my office and home office supplies.

Prices are much better than Staples.

The staff are very helpful. They get involved and help me find what I need. This is so unusual, especially in a large store. And they usually have in stock what I need, and at a good price.
