I needed to get some bloodwork done and came to this Walgreens for it. Let me tell you, Vida who works in the lab is a superstar! She is so kind and made my experience wonderful! I left very happy. She told me this location has been short staffed so maybe make an appointment if you need to get anything done at the LabCorp to ensure you get in when you need to.

I cannot respond to you all individually so I make a public statement here. I have just started as new Manager at this location and, first, apologize to all of you who had less than 5* experiences at this location. My goal is to change those 1s to 5s and ask you all to give us another chance. The staff in pharmacy is strong and front end leadership is welcoming. In case you didn't know, we do have delivery service now for this who can't make it during our temporarily limited hours. I look forward to serving you in this part of Raleigh and hope you'll all look for me when you shop.

Always a pleasure coming here. The pharmacy staff as INCREDIBLY kind and polite. They're always looking out for me and my family and making sure they help me however they can. Both Pharmacist Paul and Kristen, are always there to answer questions and concerns. Technician Irma is always very kind and quick at getting my prescriptions ready. I've been to other pharmacy chains that have a wait time of 2+ hours. Here it's 15 minutes on average and sometimes even less than 5 minutes.

Message for other customers:
Their phones tend to go off during lunch and rush hour (their phones tend to ring all at once, it's crazy). If you want to call and ask them something during these times, kindly wait patiently or head on over and pay a fee for a doctor to answer your questions. Others times, it's fairly quite and I never had much of a wait time on the phone. The app is very helpful with placing prescription orders, letting you know of any possible delays. As someone with a busy schedule, this helps me out a lot.

After having multiple issues with different CVS Pharmacy’s and my prescription taking days to fill I contacted this Walgreens. The women I spoke to was so kind and helpful. She didn’t seem annoyed or rushed like other places I had called and was able to help me get my prescription transferred over with them. I am so grateful for people in the health care industry like Janet. Will be getting my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy from now on just because she made it such a pleasant experience.

Kristen in the pharmacy is AMAZING. I signed up for a callback list in case there were any vaccine cancellations, and she was able to fit me in at the last second!! In my rush, I forgot to bring my insurance card with me, but they just pulled up my file and used the information they had there. I can't speak for everyone else's experiences (I haven't read them yet), but I personally love the pharmacy experience I had and it feels amazing to have such an attentive and dedicated person like her in the back. I know this sounds paid, and I totally wish it was 😅 Don't let the low rating overall scare you away - you'll miss out on an amazing human being and healthcare worker.

I always had positive experiences at this Walgreens location. The employees were kind and extremely helpful, even when I had really strange questions or requests. It's usually stocked pretty well too. I had my prescriptions filled here for several years because I liked how knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful the pharmacy staff were. Moved out of Raleigh, so it's no longer an option, but I would continue to utilize this store if I lived nearby!

Fantastic service. Paul is always friendly and conversational, and he goes above and beyond with great service.
I had a problem with a drug interaction* and Paul actually called me a week later just to check on me and see if I was okay, and the store manager called to check on me as well.
The other pharmacist is wonderful too, but I haven't seen her in a while.
When they say, "give us 20 minutes" to fill a medication, they're usually done in 10.
* = The drug interaction I had was an issue with the system and Corporate is dealing with it; it's not the pharmacist's fault. The medications were not flagged in the system as contraindicated meds, and they caused potentially life-threatening symptoms. Walgreens Corporate has been notified and their response was less than ideal, but the actual pharmacy couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

I went in to Walgreens at this location off of Wake Forest Road and a young lady named shaneka just about saved my life.... she was very polite when I came in and needed a battery for my machine to check my sugar. I am a full-fledged diabetic and I really needed that battery and even though she didn't even have time to bring it up and she gave it to me it was a life-saving experience it felt like to me. She is one of the best cashiers I've ever met. God bless her and her family. I hope that Walgreens will take the time and to look at the jewel that they possess at this location and continue to bring more onboard she is definitely one of the finest I've ever seen at this position God bless you young lady. That one small battery may have saved my life you just don't know!🤟🤟😊😊😊

I left this Walgreens today with a great experience, employee were so sweet and provide me with the best costume service, thank you Katina and princess and Marcus.

Went to this location today and I must say this is one of my favorite Walgreens locations. I went in to this store to get photos printed off a cd from my ultrasound a few days ago. When I arrived Steve the manager on duty and Shaneka(one of the cashiers) greeted me immediately with such a caring smile. I asked them to help me print off the photos that were on the cd I had ,and boy did they go above and beyond to help me. Both shaneka and Steve are such caring individuals that truly deliver excellent customer service! I cannot thank them enough for helping me.

I have been a Walgreens customer for many years , the customer service has always been great. I love the fact that I am contacted when it's time for a refill of my medicine .

Fantastic customer service from all 4 employees working that evening!! Everyone was extremely helpful & kind!
I visited this Walgreens to print over 150 photos for a very important project, that I wanted to finish asap. At first I couldn't get the connection to work, so the manager came over and helped me with it; then when I went to print them, the system wasn't receiving the order to print them- I was horrified as I had been there for quite a while editing and choosing dozens of pictures. The whole team worked together to make sure I got my pictures. Shonda took extra special care troubleshooting, restarting the system, etc!!
Fantastic customer service! (The only reason it's a 4 star is because of the photo equipment itself; the customer service was 5 stars).

I go to this Walgreen location many times but always in the morning. The cashier is very efficient and friendly. The store is always clean. I've seen them open another register or offer to check people out at the photo counter if there is a delay at the check out. The only delays I have witnessed are from customers who forgot their wallets or are making a fuss over a price.
The pharmacy does take a long time to fill so call your prescription in, or drop it off for pick up later. I find this to be typical across pharmacies everywhere. I like that they offer a pharmacy drive through. I like this store and will continue to shop there.
