The Village at Meadowview

I personally love it here, resigning again for my third year at meadowview. I feel safe, with the complex being at the top of a hill people don’t just accidentally wander through it has the perfect level of seclusion but still has a bus stop and visitor parking. i like the office staff (miss bryce!) they all are super helpful and if you are kind to them they’re kind to you. They accommodate my needs and will work with me. The only one who in my experience can be questionable is Allison, shes nice but speaks a little condescendingly at times, hopefully not intentionally. I know people don’t like the renovations and they can be inconvenient but the workers are super respectful and same with the overall complex maintenance staff. Every time I’ve had an issue they are quick to come help and make sure everything is okay, and are nice. I like the gym, I think a couple more bands or small equipment would be cool and always stocked water cups would be nice but the overall clubhouse is super awesome. They updated the rooms and you can tell. I love living here.

Property management and maintenance are incredibly attentive to every need at the Village of Meadowview. A special thank you to Treasure and Allision for always being available to have a discussion when needed. You guys are the best! P.S. I can't wait for renovations!

Loving this apartment complex! The housing is wonderful with beautiful views as well. The staff is incredible and really helpful when any problems need to be solved! The maintenance team is always super quick to fix something when a request is submitted which is much appreciated! Looking forward to living here another year.

These 5 stars are for the most amazing and professional experience we had with Treasure in the front office. After several attempts to rectify a situation, she was the only one who went above and beyond to listen, empathize and then help guide us to options and a solution.

This is my third year living at the Village of Meadowview and I couldn’t be more happier! The views are amazing with spacious apartments. From the office staff to maintenance everyone is so willing to help and ensure you are comfortable in your new home which is so nice as a college student and with your first apartment. They even have the best amenities with free printing, study area, and gym available 24/7. Couldn’t recommend a better place !!

I have lived here the last two years and I love it!! The apartments are spacious and many come updated with handwork flooring and stainless steel appliances. The maintenance is amazing and they arrive quickly once a request is submitted. The clubhouse workers are amazing and very helpful! Of course the best part is the view of Boone and over looking the city.

I have lived at the village of Meadowview for two years now, and switched apartments in between year one and two. Not only were they very understanding they made the whole process very easy. The village of Meadowview is a great apartment complex and has even done a lot of renovations, such as the dog park. They made the fence much higher and even made the park bigger. Which my hound dog Boone loves! All in all the village of Meadowview has done a great job for me over the last two years

This was my first apartment and I am super satisfied about Village of Meadowview. I have been living here since August 2022, and I have renewed my lease for this coming up year. The amenities are great, and the staff are super helpful and friendly whenever I had any questions or concerns. Whenever I needed any help in my apartment, the service requests were completed by the next morning. I really enjoy living here!

I have been a resident of the Village at Meadowview for almost a year now and I absolutely love it! The apartment itself is very nice and I have an amazing view of the town of Boone! There’s an updated and fun office with a gym, arcade games, grills, and the staff is always friendly! I totally recommend living at the Villages if you are looking for an apartment in Boone.

I cant say enough great things about Treasure. I called in to inquire about the village of meadowview for next leasing year. She went over the application process, deadlines, current pricing and more!

Being that I live out of state, she went the extra mile to offer a FaceTime video tour to show me the model and site.

I have lived at the village of meadowview since august of 2022 and I love it here! The views are amazing and staff are friendly. The amenities offered and valet trash service is super convenient too. This is my first apartment in Boone and I have been very satisfied.

I love this apartment! Let me just go ahead and say that the maintenance men are fantastic! They are extremely helpful and can help with pretty much anything. Not only the helpful aspect but they are so quick too. Ive put in requests and they will be there within 2-3 hours from that request and finished that day. I couldn't be happier here!

I just moved to this complex a couple of months ago, but it is awesome. The apartments are so spacious and the view is amazing!! The staff has been very nice and easy to work with! Maintenance is also pretty quick to come when I’ve put in requests.

I have lived at meadowview for Two years and this will be my third year! I have an amazing view and great set up for my living space. Staff is always so friendly and maintenance is 10/10. They will always fix the issue really fast. I may stay here for grad school and could not imagine living anywhere else. If you had to pick an apartment to live when you go to app state definitely pick meadowview.

From the very beginning process of signing a lease all of the staff members are extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions. All the facilities are very nice and staff members are consistently planning fun events for residents!

I lived here for half a year and I love it!! The staff is amazing and I love all the amenities. I love living in my 2 bedroom apartment with the best roomie ever!! It’s such a great community too

i’ve been living here for almost a year now and i have not had any problems. i love the community and the utilities. a lot of apartments don’t have visitor parking and here at meadowview that is a great feature especially when i have family and friends! i 100% recommend the village of meadow to everyone.

The apartments here are nice, especially if you get a renovated unit, lots of space for 2 people and large bathrooms, staff is nice, and the trash pickup service is nice to have. Parking can be difficult, there are always spots but you might have a bit of a far walk.

Has been amazing the past three years. Will be sad to leave when I graduate. Has always been amazing to me and maintenance was always quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing apartment in boone.
