It is so refreshing to receive important information, on multiple platforms, that is easy to understand and allows me to be confident the coverage is complete and appropriate. Communication and contacting the group for guidance, coverage concerns, or general questions has been very expedient and I am always able to speak to a person. Again, with all the noise and complexities out in the world we live in, and the details and nuances of various insurance coverages; they have made my life much easier and peaceful!

It's easy to get lost in the bombardment of emails and postal mail, especially when someone else has been in charge for so long. I lost my wife to cancer last year. She had for many years been dealing with our homeowners, wind storm an hail and flood insurance. I was lost and had missed some important deadlines and payments. If it had not been for the personal help I received from our agent, now a member of the Covenant Insurance Group, I would have been lost in a tangle of passwords and logins that were not written down or known to me and probably defaulted on important payment deadlines. Big companies, Large, companies, mega companies all worthless without individual help from someone who you know and who knows you.

We have been using the McKenna Agency for many years. Kerri has always taken great care of my insurance needs. She looks for the best savings and coverage each year instead of just sending renewals and always responds quickly with any questions we have. I would highly recommend Mckenna and Kerri!

Why doesn’t everyone use a group like this? They sat down with us when we first got married to go over our needs, found us the cheapest insurance that met those needs, and then each year they’ve reviewed it to see if there’s any new deals- and there have been! True story, I've never met Nina Windhauser from McKenna in person. I moved to SC from Portland, OR in 2007 and used one of the web insurance quoting sites at the time to establish insurance. Nina was responsive and the price was right. Since that time she has provided insurance for my primary house - through three moves, rental property and autos which includes 3 kids getting drivers licenses.

And although we've never met, Nina is always available via phone, email,
or text, is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable in finding the right policy for the current situation. I highly recommend Nina if your looking for true professional to help meet your needs.
